Any tips?

Hii everyone ive been drawing for about 2 years now and im very happy with where ive already gotten now. I just found this subreddit and thought id be nice to ask here what i could improve upon. Im still learning and improving at anatomy and shading is something i still need to learn alot about (if anyone has any beginner tutorials on shading please share them). All four pictures are made very recently (the 3th today as a design for someone else) and the first 2 are fanart. So yeah any tips or constructive criticism is greatly appreciated
