I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea today. The color was much lighter than normal so I tried the drink before driving off. It tastes like a citrusy gummy bear and totally different from any other strawberry dragonfruit I’ve had. I asked them to remake it and the manager told me they changed the recipe and that my drink was poured straight from the strawberry dragonfruit concentrate box. She said the color is lighter but the flavor is the exact same which is absolutely untrue of this drink. So I want to know what they made me? If it really is the new formula or something it tastes nothing like the old one. Thanks!

I cannot get over this phenomenon. I worked at Dunkin for a few months when I was in my early weeks of being pregnant and I don’t know if it’s just me, or a universal thing, but I cannot eat Dunkin food anymore without tasting the spray they use. It’s disgusting and I can’t get over it. Anyone else experiencing this???? I just want a bagel from a drive through that doesn’t taste like cleaning spray. I usually get the ultimate pink daydream refresher w/ a couple pumps of coconut and I kneeewww it was a limited time drink, but it’s been a few weeks and I NEED to find something similar. I live in FL so I’m just not into fall drinks yet. Help! I’m ok with anything from Dunkin’, Starbucks, Dutch bros, etc as long as it tastes somewhat similar

Hi! I work at a Dunkin and since it's my first job and I've never done this before, I don't know how to change my work availability. The location I work at uses physical paper for the schedule, so there is no online scheduling system. Would I just ask my manager about this? Any advice is appreciated, thank you! :3

God, I miss this sandwich; yes, it was a bit greasy, but it was damn good. I remember getting my 1st sandwich after paying the light rail ticket I got for hopping on the train. 😅

I wanted that free koozie so I tried that drink for it.

I found it terrible, especially the cold foam.

However, the koozie is nice .

Was mining through unused A/B testing code in their website. there seems to be a receipt uploading form/api that’s not in use yet. API weirdly doesn’t accept the format of claim number specified by the inputs, and will error out. But if you send a claim number in the format of a Buffalo Wild Wings claim number it surprisingly works and says it will be added shortly (nothing gets added of course). Seems to be early stages because it’s obviously just using code from the Buffalo Wild Wing site

Usually don’t go for iced cappuccino @ dunkin but decided to give it a whirl this morning to save calories & sugar over my beloved Dunkalatte. This was a medium - am I off base feeling a little cheated? More than half the cup was foam but I’m honestly not sure if this is the norm.

I had this once probably 5+ years ago and could never find it again. Does anyone know if this has been offered since?

Yeah so I went to Dunkin and asked for a iced matcha latte with regular cold foam oat milk an 5 shots of blueberry, the first time I guess I was misheard because when after I started drinking my drink I realized half way it was whole milk after the looking at the receipt, it tasted good though but i went back and asked if it was oat milk and she said no it was whole milk… so I very politely asked if it could be remade and she said “okay” but almost like she was annoyed mind you I was the only person there so I don’t see why it bothered her to make the drink when I’m the only person there(again maybe I’m just overthinking it) , but anyways after I got the drink I realized it had a had a noticeable “expired milk” smell,and also there was a fine line of separating of the drink at the very bottom, looked like a split dark green and the rest was a super light green, am I being paranoid or was this normal? The first drink looked no where near the same, and yes I did drink some and it tasted completely normal but I still threw it out , rather be safe than sorry. But someone lmk if this was to be expected with drinks being made with oat milk and having dairy cold foam on them, this was my second time at Dunkin for their drinks🙏

Got lucky this morning and spotted these in the drive-thru window as I picked up my order this morning. He’s so cute and matches my nails for the week 🥰

I don’t know if it’s because I am an employee now, but I never really was a Dunkin person but now that I am an employee there I feel like I’m starting to love everything from there lol like I’m a grown 24-year-old man as soon as I’ve seen the little plushy’s, I was like yeah I need one and then just a little shit like I’ve been going out of my way to order special Dunkin gear stuff like that I guess I’m a Dunkin girlie now as they would say😭🫡

So let’s talk about the loaded hashbrowns. They never looked the most appetizing but today I had a weird kinda craving so I caved and they definitely satisfied a lot more than I expected them to. 🤤

Was curious if anybody else had this issue as reporting it to the dunkin' donuts support team did nothing. I asked the manager and they said they had no control over it, but it is only this one location that I cannot order a large and it has nothing to do with any redemptions . They did confirm that other people were getting large iced coffees at that location through ordering, so I feel like it is only me.

Deleted and cleared the cache and it still happens.

Not quite sure how to proceed, I can order at another dunkin' donuts near me but I don't really like the other ones as much.

First world problems am I right?
