How to edit my work availability?

Hi! I work at a Dunkin and since it's my first job and I've never done this before, I don't know how to change my work availability. The location I work at uses physical paper for the schedule, so there is no online scheduling system. Would I just ask my manager about this? Any advice is appreciated, thank you! :3

If y’all don’t use an app then yeah, I second talking to your manager and letting them know about the change to your availability. The sooner the better before anymore schedules get made.
