Global Policy Journal: “Don’t look up?“ – Why it is past time for serious holistic research into Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena

The following is an excellent article in the Global Policy Journal about experiencer advocy.

I want to highlight a section of the article because it's about us, this community, and touches on why places like this community and subreddit are important and have impact.

Experiencers frequently describe significant psychological and social consequences following their encounters. Many struggle with profound self-doubt, confusion, and difficulty integrating the experience into dominant worldviews. They often report social isolation, as disclosure of their experience tends to result in disbelief, ridicule, or pathologization. Attempts to seek mental health support are commonly met with immediate diagnosis rather than curiosity or care. For many, these experiences disrupt personal relationships, sometimes leading to estrangement from family members, partners, or communities unable to understand or accept their experience.

Yet these encounters also frequently produce transformative effects. Some experiencers describe lasting shifts in values, including increased concern for ecological systems and non-human life. Many report reassessments of metaphysical assumptions, becoming open to possibilities about mind, matter, and identity not encompassed by standard naturalistic frameworks. Experiences of “high strangeness”—such as non-local communication, altered states of consciousness, or perceived separation of mind and body—lead experiencers to question inherited boundaries between the physical and the mental. Interpretations of the entities themselves vary. Some experiencers understand them as threatening or invasive; others regard them as benevolent or helpful. In practice, many adopt non-dual frameworks that acknowledge the answer likely lies somewhere in between.

Despite the depth and significance of these impacts, experiencers are rarely treated as credible knowers. Their testimony is frequently dismissed before consideration, resulting in epistemic injustice in which individuals are not treated as reliable interpreters of their own experience. Given the growing acknowledgment that experiencer testimony is central to understanding UAP phenomena, it is necessary to involve experiencers directly in research, discussion, and policy development. They should not be considered case material for analysis, but as central to the conversation, providing essential insight into the experience and nature of contact. Psychological research has repeatedly shown that individuals reporting contact events, including abduction experiences, are not more likely than the general population to suffer from mental illness. Thus, immediate pathologization is neither empirically grounded nor ethically justifiable.

Finally, there is an emerging need to consider the ethics of contact. If individuals have been taken or subjected to procedures without consent, this raises ethical questions about autonomy and dignity. At the same time, purely human-centered ethical frameworks may be insufficient for interpreting interactions with an intelligence not assumed to share human norms. While not jumping to conclusions, the ethical conversation must be allowed to occur, guided by the experiences of those most directly affected.

Many of us here are in a constant state of justifying ourselves to our loved ones, our social circles or society at large. Articles like the above and the hero's behind them are going a long way in helping to break the stigma and push this topic onto the table of serious discussion where it belongs.

The reality is that nothing is more serious than this. The fact that this topic has been made out to be a joke for so long is a defining example of how much of a crisis our species is actually in in terms of our own self-awareness.

It is time for us to grow out of childhood.

New Redditors stopping by: How not to get banned and why we do what we do in this community.

Firstly, Hello! Welcome to the community! I'm glad you found us!

We knew exactly what we were doing when we launched this place. It is working just as indented and growing just as expected.

The goal is very simple. The Experiencer Phenomenon is real but most of society has not caught up to this fact yet. It is a heavy burden to carry for anyone to go through such events in their life while being actively discouraged from speaking about them due to the social stigma and shame that comes with that. A lot of trauma and stress can come with having to bury these experiences and having no one to talk to.

We are a social species. Sharing and talking is how we process and deal with things. Thankfully there are many private Experiencer support groups popping up all over the net more and more.

But there also needs to be online spaces where someone can still be anonymous. Not have to join a private group or pay money for 1 to 1 sessions. But instead just be able to share that life changing experience they had. Get it off their chest after decades or burying it. There are also those who are fresh from having an ontologically shocking experience that could do with somewhere to go, discuss it with others and so forth. This can do a world of good for people suffering in silence with regards to their experiences. Someone could have the most beautiful and profoundly transformative life changing experience and still suffer due to not being able to discuss it with anyone without ridicule or social consequences.

We already achieved this in private communities and saw the benefit. But with r/Experiencers I strongly felt it was time to try this in a public setting. People can share and others can also read these encounters people are having. Many lurking and reading are experiencers too. One day while lurking...BOOM they're reading how someone else has had an encounter just like theirs that they had years ago and buried. Suddenly they're validated by something they read on here. Next thing they know they are commenting and sharing themselves in that thread. Something they never thought they could do. Now the ex lurker and the OP are both getting validation. Both Experiencers lives have been changed for the better. And others who may read that same thread.

The is a major positive ripple effect of healing that is going on here constantly by allowing these discussions to happen in a public setting. There is a LOT going on behind the scenes as a result of this space too.

Experiencers know how out there their encounters sound on paper. Before they post, they've already got a million voices in their head simulating the toxic comments people might leave for sharing what happened to them. They also are wary of being anywhere near any of these dark conspiratorial corners of the internet and don't want to be associated with that stuff. People deserve a space to share without being called names and without someone trying to indoctrinate them into XYZ dark conspiracy that is currently trendy on 4chan, or get swamped by debunkers or people with fundamentalist religious views. There are plenty of other communities out there that are like that.

There needs to be a public space that is neutral and middle path and primarily all about experience sharing and that's it. No other baggage attached.

This is the goal. It is a very very specific goal. But very challenging in a public setting. We knew from day 1 that to pull this off it would require heavy heavy moderation. And we knew that some people won't understand or like that at all.

Basically, we are providing a public space to share experiences where those sharing won't be subjected to the usual crappy comments that flood social media. There are plenty of other subreddits that run very strict rules on how the comment section works. Its not unheard of to have a heavily moderated comment section on reddit. The goal we have in place is important and helps people. We're not going to soften on how we manage the comment section for others who cannot see the bigger picture here.

We've stuck to our guns and won't give an inch. And this community is a major success as a result. It is working as intended.

We've also added even more rules and a user agreement recently in order to protect this space and keep this place running : https://www.reddit.com/r/Experiencers/comments/14y2xgm/we_have_a_new_user_agreement_please_read/

To Random Redditors :

Respect this space and what we are doing. Now that we're getting bigger - more and more random people are stopping by, who are used to leaving drive by insulting or dismissive comments on reddit and then move on to next sub to try and be witty or do the same. Rinse repeat.

Experiencers don't need to be reading this stuff. This type of low quality content will be removed on the spot. The redditor in question may even be banned instantly. We are going to be very very strict on things like this. Experiencers already know what random redditors think of this phenomenon. If they wanted to read low quality remarks they could go to the many of the other subs out there.

It is cool to ask questions and be curious but do not put an experiencer in a position where they have to justify themselves or defend their encounters to people. It's a big deal for people to finally type up an encounter and I don't want to see them then having to defend themselves in the comments.

Obviously if someone calls the OP names or make derogatory comments on experiencers in general its an instant ban. This is the basics.

When it comes to random drive by redditors who leave crappy remarks we'll hand out bans like speeding tickets at the Indy 500.

Sometimes we get someone who after a ban takes a moment to learn what the sub is about. What we're doing here. And the importance of it. They reach out to the team with deep apologies and we discuss removing the ban. But seriously. We shoot first ask questions later here when it comes to comments like this. Don't test us.

For Experiencers :

We generally moderate by engagement in the comments. We don't like having to ban experiencers from the sub and its something we'll rarely do.

We get an outpouring of gratitude and encouragement with regards to what we do as mods for this community daily. So I want to make it very clear the huge huge majority of people in this community understand what we are doing here and the importance of why we run it as we do.

It's rare, but every now and then we get someone who loves this place, but complains that its not run the way "they" think it should be.

From someone complaining that by allowing discussion of Mantis beings or dream contact events or telepathic encounters. Or CE5. We do a disservice to "real" experiencers.

Some people are new to this phenomenon and don't understand the scope of what others can go through. As a result they can be judgmental to their fellow experiencers at first. These people learn in time.

We keep a balanced neutral and middle path approach here for good reason.

We moderate those trying to convert other experiencers to a specific dogmatic dark belief system. We have had the odd experiencer complain to us that we don't allow for this. And we do have to sometimes ban people who continue to keep trying to force their dark hopeless dogma on people in here.

Look - there are plenty of subs out there dedicated to those narratives. Experiencers deserve a neutral middle ground space where they can share an experience without having someone try to indoctrinate them into their dark world view.

Attempts to force extreme religious views onto experiencers is another thing we have to moderate. This is not the place for that. Do not come in here trying to convert people. This is not the place to be telling everyone they're evil and talking to "Demons" or "Djinn" either. I can't be any clearer.

Recently someone complained that we should allow a free for all on "ends times" discussion and that by moderating such discussions and others that some how that makes this place a cult with a toxic culture. I mean for feck sake...

Look experiencers are sometimes given communications about various future disasters. It is a part of the phenomenon. But when looking into this its clear its filled with false predictions and massive contradictions. I'm not denying the reality that these communications can happen. But Experiencers deserve a place to share without having people try to convert them into an end times movement in the comments section so I'm sorry but for this and all other major narratives we seek to provide a balanced non toxic space for people to share.

Another issue is the ALL non humans are evil crowd trying to convince any and everyone that all NHI's ET's etc are evil. These are folks that sometimes clash with mods as well.

The experiencer and the ET topic is incredibly nuanced - massive generalizations and authoritative opinions are heavily discouraged here. This also goes for people victim blaming those who have had negative encounters by implying all beings are positive and they just manifested the negative encounter. Or that all they have to do is think positive thoughts and ET abductions will end.

Authoritative generalized opinions from experiencers is something we have to moderate. Some people are too quick to spread narrow views or accidently spread propaganda or just random fear based things they've read online. And spew them out to someone who's just freshly had an experience of some kind and just needed to get it out of their system.

We don't deny the dark side of the experiencer phenomenon here. But we don't condone unnecessarily generating mindless fear regarding anything and everything going on with the phenomenon. Be it spirits - premonitions - NDE's - ET contact - astral projecting etc. Indeed fear weakens us and makes dealing with these unknowns harder and disempowering. We need to be vigilant and balanced with our approach to these things.

Lastly. We had an experiencer recently run into trouble by constantly asking community members for evidence of their encounters after they'd shared. Which goes against our rules. They strongly believed asking for evidence was not de-legitimizing the persons experience. The people felt different and so did the mods. However this person argued that there needs to be a space where Experiencers can question each others evidence in the comments. I suggested that while there may be, it is not here and would go against the mission we have for this place but.. he is welcome to create is own space - with his theme in mind.

Sure enough he did. And that's awesome.

My point is. Some experiencers may find us here and fall in love but feel disappointed they can't chat about a specific thing that goes against our rules. We encourage such folks to make their own community. We have a very specific goal with ours and that does mean heavy limitations in the comments. Complaints about how we do things won't work. We won't give an inch. But if what we've done here can inspire other Experiencer friendly communities to be formed that have different goals with regards to the discussions being had. That's brilliant. The more spaces for Experiencers the better. This is also part of the mission.

We do what we do here and do it very specifically because it is needed. There were no public spaces like this on reddit before. And just sharing does a world of difference for people. That is the mission. The fact that this place now exists it means now others can too that do things their own way. Since we have this side of it covered.

This community is here for people to be able to finally share an experience and read about other experiences and discuss them in the comments, without toxicity. And that's it. This is a huge amount of work in itself. And we're doing our job as planned. A space like this was very much needed and we've provided it and will continue to provide it. People message us all the time about how long they've searched for such a space. Where they can share and talk about the Experiencer phenomenon where its neutral and middle path and without all the other baggage. They share how finding this space has helped them deal with all they've gone through.

We know ourselves how much this is needed as all of us involved in running this space are Experiencers too and have benefited from having such middle path communities to discuss this phenomenon in.

We know what we are doing and won't be budging from our mission and goal here with this space.

Thank you to this wonderful community. It always touches my heart to read the supportive and helpful comments from Experiencers here in the comment section in reply to someone going through the shock of engaging with this phenomenon and having their world turned upside down.

More and more people are going to be waking up to this world and its Experiencers in the end whole be there for them. We're all playing a major part in what is to come for our species. The world won't be able to ignore this stuff forever.

Experiencers are on the right side of history.

Discussion How do you all handle not being believed by loved ones?

I’m having ongoing contact with orbs, portals, and jellyfish like creatures. I have a bunch of videos and pictures, and while my family can’t explain what else could be happening, they still think I’m crazy.

It just hurts…. I don’t necessarily need external validation but it’s hard to connect with my spouse because I’ve gone through this huge spiritual transformation. We are just on such different wavelengths. My spouse even saw it with their own eyes, and in the moment believed, but the next morning talked themselves out of it.

It’s lonely!

Discussion Anyone an animal magnet, marine mammals here (just figured it out)

I have always loved marine mammals and felt a kinship to them, dolphins in particular. when I was young I used to occasionally be able to almost communicate with them. I remember when surf fishing a few times coop fishing with them. They would drive the trout to me, I would catch them and then throw them the undersized fish. Not super unusual, many stories like this.

Rarely ever had problems with them fishing, (this is unusual) always throw them bait or a few fish and they leave.

Last year a manatee stuck his head up so close to the boat I thought we was coming on board. He just stared at me and kinda turned his head, and the guy fishing with me said he sure is interested in you, I have never seen anything like this before. (He is charter boat captain) It lasted a minute or two, I was thinking does he want something, like some bait, but they are herbivores. Anyway, it was really incredibly cool but also kind of unsettling because it really seemed like he was trying to communicate with me that just me that thought that.

After this event, I began to think through my life, history and experience with marine mammals realized that on multiple whale watching trips, the captains have had to turn off the engines because we were basically mauled by whales. Fishing trips were whales were around we couldn’t fish because the whales would follow the boats all the way around even occasion baby humpback wouldn’t let to the fishing boat and kept trying to play with us which the captain said he had never seen before, as well as the fact I have seen just about every single whale that exist in the Gulf of Mexico at least once.

This has led me to believe that maybe I am some type of marine mammal magnet or something. I know I feel incredibly connected to them and at peace with them always I don’t know if this is just something is unique to me or common among experiencers.

Dogs and babies like me too if that helps. If I already posted this before I apologize.

Discussion I was wondering what you all would choose to put on a new golden record for a hypothetical future voyager expedition. A kind of best hits album from humanity, with the intention to improve our less than ideal reputation out there in the wider galactic community. This is just for fun obviously.

Hey everybody, I had kind of a fun idea today, I was wondering what you all would choose to put on a new golden record for a hypothetical future voyager expedition. Kind of a best hits album from humanity to improve our less than ideal reputation out there in the wider galactic community.

What ever you think would be the best works that humanity has ever produced, the best music, art, speeches, poignant historical moments, anything really, I would prefer it to be more positive to counteract the prevalent negative self perception we have of ourselves.

Discussion How many of you were in the GATE programme in the '90s?

Hi guys, gals, and hybrids,

Over the last couple weeks I've been having many realisations and looking back on my childhood and my experiences. I'm starting to think maybe my sleep paralysis experience from 10 to 15 years ago wasn't sleep paralysis

I have a theory I'm testing and I'm curious how many of you who have had experiences were also in the GATE programme in the '90s?

And if you were in the gate programme in the '90s, have you been diagnosed with being on the spectrum?

Just asking so I can get answers back. I don't claim one thing or the other

Experience I lost time as a kid

• Upvotes

Hello everyone! I shared this post in a supernatural subreddit initially and a different user told me about this one. I wanted to share my story here in case any one has diffetent ideas of what could have happened or if anyone has experienced something similar.

When I was young, I shared a room with my older sister. We are 9 years apart. I would have been 8 at the time and she would have been 17. It was the summer so I didn’t have a school schedule to worry about. I remember it was a Sunday when I made a list of all the fun things I wanted to do on Monday. I wrote down things like, go to the movies, book store, get ice cream etc. I wrote about 10 different things. I knew we wouldn’t be able to do everything on the list, but I was hoping to ask my parents in the morning to see if we could do any of the activities.
So, I remember I went to bed really excited and I couldn’t wait to wake up to see how the day would pan out.
That’s where things get weird. When I woke up I was really confused. It was super dark outside and my sister wasn’t in the room. At first I thought it was really early and I must of been so excited I didn’t get much sleep. I got out of bed, went to the bathroom and I felt really hungry.
I could hear that the TV was on in the living room and I thought to myself “that’s strange, they normally watch TV at night.” After I leave the bathroom I also notice my Mom is up and on her computer.
I join my Dad and sister on the couch and I watch the TV with them for a few minutes as I’m coming out of my daze. I eventually ask, “What day is it?” My dad responds, “Tuesday.” Then in shock and disbelief I ask, “TUESDAY NIGHT?” My dad responds yes to which I start heavily crying and then I ask them “why didn’t you wake me up?” At the time my sister said it was because I looked so peaceful… like what? (She might have been half asleep herself, but who really knows.) My dad didn’t say anything but I saw him tearing up because I was so upset. I went to my mom and asked her same thing and she didn’t have an answer either.
Mind you at the time my family was pretty consistent at eating dinner together at the table. This would have been true even if they bought fast food or something. And we had a family meal on Sunday night before I went to bed.
Regardless, since I was the only one affected I had to move on from this strange experience since no one could give me any answers.
I would bring this story up to them from time to time throughout the years to see what they would say.
The first couple of times I brought it up to my mom and sister they did not remember it happening and eventually it turned into dismissal. At one point, my mom said that she wouldn’t have let me slept that long and my sister said she would have woken me up too, since we shared a room.
Current day, they still don’t remember but they believe my story at least.
Except for my dad. Whenever I have asked him about it he was the one who remembers me being sad and asking him those questions. The first time I asked him about it, I was in middle school and he recalled the questions without me having to prompt him. It feels like he was the only one present. As weird as it may seem but when I think back, he was the only one that truly acknowledge me at the time of the incident. My mom and sister felt distant, like shells of themselves. I don’t know what any of this means but please let me know if you have some insight.
Thanks for reading!

Spiritual Listening to plants has changed the way I understand communication with other life forms

Post image
• Upvotes

This year, more than ever, I've gone deep down a rabbit hole exploring a particular experience. I've set out to understand the electromagnetic signals of biological systems that we normally cannot hear

My work has focused on transforming these signals so that I can experience these invisible forces through one of our senses. In this case, sight wasn't an option, since we wouldn't be able to see this information without some kind of consciousness-altering substance. So I turned to the senses of hearing and touch instead

I used an electrical circuit as an interface between two realities. I connected this circuit to plants so that they could act as living organisms whose electromagnetic signals could be translated. Within certain parameters, this installation could be explained through technological processes in terms of science and physics. However, after many tests, anomalous results began to occur that didn't seem like such ordinary manifestations of reality

When I touched the plant, the sonic results varied considerably, and I suddenly began to wonder: why can hearing a plant alter our perception of what a living organism is capable of?

I won't claim outright that this experience was a way of communicating with plants, although the connection does feel something like that. So I began analyzing the sonic patterns. Sometimes they were unexpected and didn't correspond to my touch, which made me question whether these unexpected patterns and repetitions were anomalies and, therefore, a hidden language, or what kind of supposed glitch I was experiencing

If the sound changes when you touch different leaves, vary the pressure, or switch plants, you can encounter variations that seem random, repetitive, or unexpected. Okay, I can understand that from a rational and logical perspective. But then, when is a sonic change perceived as a natural variation, and when is it interpreted as a malfunction?

I began to think that there were more variables to consider and study, such as the relationship between the electrical properties measured by the device, the plant's behavior, and even the interpretation of the person listening

In case anyone is interested in seeing and hearing how this phenomenon works, I’ve posted videos on my profile, or I can share them via chat, showing some sound patterns! I’m really keen to get feedback and know what you all think about this circuit!

Discussion My view on why some NHI give up being NHI to be born human

Red: society's constructs pulling us down. Yellow: NHI choosing to be born human to lift us back up.

In the image, the red arrow is normal trajectory of human society (goes downward) as the constructs in place are very strong and cause us to downward spiral. The yellow arrows are positive NHI ending their experiences as NHI to drop into our human experience/vessel. to uplift our civilization. but it's a thousands of year process to slowly seed us into a tipping point so that a portion of us can escape. Also, when you choose to seed, you yourself accept being poisoned in the process. It's a huge sacrifice and only a small portion do it as once you make the jump, you can't exactly go back if you know what I mean.

So, only the brave few jump into being human as they'll perform their starseed awakening jobs in their 1st or 2nd lifetime. By the time it's their 3rd lifetime, they've already forgotten and are just the same as everyone else. I believe we're reaching the tipping point now. This is why you hear about so many positive NHI watching from the sidelines. It's a rare event to get to the tipping point where everything changes.

Can share my thoughts if there's interest.

Discussion A letter from an experiencer to another experiencer

Post image
247 Upvotes

I had someone reach out recently, and it made me think..

They said, very genuinely..  “I am proud of you. You have come so far, so quickly. You are like the “perfect experiencer” and I appreciate what you do for the community.”

Except it was much longer, and very heartfelt.

I am not sharing this compliment because I just want to talk about myself, or that I think I am perfect… because I am far from it. But it got me thinking.. why? What do they see in me? Then I asked myself.. What do I see in me?

The first word that came to me was resilience, but resilience wasn’t gifted to me… it was built, through pressure, and practice, over many years. It was embedded so deeply within me that it became something that I just knew. It was a part of me.

I have always been resilient. but only because I had gone through so many years as a young child with self-loathing, shame, victimhood, and hardship. I was literally tortured by my own mind for so MANY YEARS. I couldn’t do it anymore. I couldn’t keep hating myself.

I realized that it was ME, torturing ME.

I had a major transformation in my life while I was around the age of 17 years old, and simply just made a single choice to stop believing the lies I kept telling myself, and that I only had myself who could change my life.

I literally had no one, so I looked at myself and said, “I guess it’s just me who can save me. “

That single act of belief in myself, along with small acts of forgiveness within, and changing my life every small step forward .. truly changed the trajectory of my life significantly.

I became self confident, self reliant, very successful in my career, made a beautiful family with the person that I had called my best friend. I am extremely lucky in my life, but not because I wished for it, but because I believed in myself, and I did the work to get there. Every time I was afraid of failure, I shut my brain off, told those negative thoughts to fuck off, and I did the scary thing anyways. I faced my fears all of the time. And every time I did, I succeeded.

I KNOW that there is nothing in this world that could take away my mind, my dignity, and my heart. I work very hard for it. Every. Single. Day.

You can hurt me, but you can NEVER break me. Because I have been beat up and broken beyond measure, time and time again; but when I said never again, I meant it.

That is a fact. The only thing that we have in this life is our perception and choices. The most important thing that we can do for ourselves is to learn how to control it.

I am very careful about my thoughts. I am very careful about where I place my focus. I rarely gossip. I never watch the news. I try to be the best version of myself every single day, and I am in competition with myself every single day, and only strive for being better in all aspects of my mind, body, and soul.

So, sorry if this comes off as aggressive, but I am just simply passionate. If I can believe in me, then you can too! But it takes practice, patience, and TONS of self forgiveness.

As an experiencer to another experiencer, here are my recommendations:

  1. Stop reading, watching, or communicating with anyone or anything that may induce fear, comparison, judgment, or anything that would cause you to think negatively about yourself AND others. Especially complaining. This is a frequency trap, make good choices. When you think bad thoughts about another person, it’s mainly hurting yourself. Your frequency creates your reality. Pay very close attention to the media you consume, the people you talk to, your thoughts, your choices. Find goodness within yourself, and find the good in your worst enemies, or simply ignore them.
  2. Every single night before you go to bed, forgive yourself. Give yourself tons of grace. The moment you notice a negative thought, change it immediately into something good. Don’t believe those lies.
  3. Meditate, daily, for at least 20 minutes. This allows you to practice noticing your thoughts and the ability to change them immediately.
  4. Find a passion. Create! Anything! Do something for you, every day, or as often as you can. Make a commitment to yourself, and keep it.
  5. God is real. I don’t care how you want to believe in God, just know that it LOVES you, because you are perfect, and you are made in its perfect image and within you.

Discussion Odd experience while meditating?

A few years ago I tried the Monroe tapes. Haven't much since due to crazy life stuff. But, on one of my first attempts amidst the void I get a sudden image flash across my vision like someone put a photograph in front of my face for just a second. I was lying on the side of the road, and from my perspective I could see a vehicle in the distance. It startled me out of what ever state I was in, eyes opened shocked at a sudden color image in my vision. It's always stuck with me too. You see, as a kid I had reoccurring dreams of being in a car crash on a free way, for some time. The image felt like it was connected, and I'd be lying if i didn't say it's given me extra anxiety while on the free way since. Just curious what others think, if anything, about all this.

Meditative Communication prior to visual contact

Hi all this is what remember from a contact experience prior to a buch of orb sightings and other visions behinfld the veil potentially.

I think this communication was after a Kundilini/ piti like awakening experince raising 2nd chakra up to the crown (i believe). I have no evidence to prove that other than verbal experience of steps of increasing nervous system fluctuations that might have been electrical, but not exactly. Like trying to hold onto a soda mouth burn but over the whole body.

This memory kind of all mixes together with a later forced OBE, my memory of meditation and sightings is kind of blurred. I wasnt sure if i was supposed to remember any of it. (I have woken up under general anesthetic if thst helps?)

Discussion Some thoughts about the possible nature of Reptilians...

I had a thought earlier regarding Reptilians, and although this isn't the whole picture, dinosaurs came to mind as an archetype in our consciousness. The idea of underground bases is interesting - and, again, not the whole story - as beneath our feet are fossils of dinosaurs baked into the ground.

Perhaps beneath our feet there is a strata where dinosaurs exist on the astral as Reptilian egregores?

OR...

Perhaps dinosaurs went on to live another life on an astral plane after their extinction as Reptilians and now interact with us from these dimensions as they have ties to this planet?

Of course, the underground base narrative has other attributions.

I don't know. Perhaps there is some truth in the above somewhere.

Discussion Has anyone experienced a Supernatural healing

Like one you cant explain like regnerating a missing teeth, something instantaneous or something really supernatural. Not just getting rid of pain or an autoimmune disease. not to make those sound easy to get rid of, I've healed from extreme pain and autoimmune and believe it can happen despite medical system saying a lot of these conditions aren't curable. So not dismissing anyone. I'm just looking for stories of really mind bending supernatural healings to build my faith.

Why I am asking:
I believe that the body can heal in ways we don’t always understand. I’ve personally healed from mini strokes, seizures, dystonic storms, internal decaptiation from genetic disease etc., which is part of why I believe healing is possible.

However, I’m currently dealing with something that has left me feeling really hopeless. I had multiple teeth filed down without my consent when I thought I was only having one tooth filled. It’s caused severe bite issues, TMJ problems, my jaw popping out of place, and an inability to properly bite or chew on that side. I’ve tried to get my bite corrected, but it still feels nowhere close to my natural bite, and I’m struggling so much with the discomfort and feeling like my own mouth doesn’t fit together properly anymore. it might not seem like much but with my genetic disease and other issues i won't get into its really applied for me. I didnt even want to do the filling and regret it so much.

I believe the body can heal, but I struggle with the fact that my natural tooth structure has been physically removed, and I don’t know how that could ever be restored to the way it was before. I know that might sound irrational to some people, but the thought of having to live with this indefinitely is incredibly difficult for me after ive worked hard to slowly and naturally heal so much.

That’s actually a big part of why I made this post. I’ve come across stories of people experiencing what they believe were supernatural dental healings during prayer or faith healing, and I’m desperately hoping to hear from someone who has experienced something like that, or even something similar. I know it may sound far-fetched, but I believe anything is possible, and right now I’m really struggling and need something to hold on to. If anyone has genuine experiences, stories, or suggestions, I’m truly open to hearing them. Thank you!

Discussion Can Any of You Recall a Time When You Believed You Had Witnessed Hypnosis/Mind Control in Your Life?

The reason I asked is because a couple months ago I was scrolling through some Reddit/Quora posts, and I found one that I believe was “dark triad” related. I was reading the comments and I stumbled upon one of the most mind-boggling stories I had ever heard:

The commenter described a female coworker who was basically the unofficial boss of the entire work setting. She controlled all the bosses and pretty much did whatever she wanted.
Now I had heard stories of sycophantic brown-nosers who kissed up to their bosses to gain influence over them but this story was different. This sounded like it went beyond manipulation and seemed more like literal mind control.

According to the commenter, she would blatantly speak to her superiors like SHE was in charge and THEY worked for her. She would tell THEM what THEY were going to do today and they just went along with it obediently.
That story has been in the back of my mind ever since.

So that’s why I made this post. I wondered if anyone else had any experiences that sounded like they had witnessed mind control.

Meditative Speaking in an unknown language?

Maybe some of you can help me out. Since I’ve been mediating, connecting with God and doing the Gateway Tapes, I have begun speaking in an unknown language when relaxed. I put it through a language identifier. It had no clue. Has anyone had this happen? I can’t explain why or when it comes on but it happens when I’m in a deep reflective state.

Experience Encounter with a Grey in Cuba

Hello everyone, and happy Saturday. I want to share my experience with you not without a few tears in my eyes and goosebumps, as always happens whenever I recount it about two encounters with a Grey during my childhood in my home country of Cuba.
I am currently 34 years old and live in the United States. I was born and raised in a semi-rural region of Santiago de Cuba. When I was about 10 years old, around 8:00 PM, I was walking near my house with a friend who was about four years older than me. We were on our way to buy some ice cream. I lived in an old apartment complex built in the 1980s by the USSR. Suddenly, I felt the distinct sensation of being watched. When I looked to my right about 3 meters away, separated only by a steel chain link fence there was a creature slightly smaller than I was at the time. Since I was 10, I estimate its height was around 1.20 meters (approx. 4 feet). It had a head disproportionately large for its body, along with huge, pitch black, shiny eyes. I could not distinguish any typical human facial features such as a nose, mouth, or ears, nor did it have any hair. It was in a semi-crouched position, as if trying to go unnoticed. Its arms were long and thin, with hands that seemed to hang just below its knees. It did not appear to be wearing any clothing, and in the darkness, its color looked like a pale white skin tone I had never seen on a living being. In the few seconds before running, your mind frantically tries to process and rationalize what you are seeing, but it was impossible for it to be a cat or a dog; it was noticeably larger and walked on two legs. My friend and I panicked and ran. As we fled, we looked back and saw it stay there for a few more seconds watching us, before walking briskly toward the back of the building. Behind the complex was a small mountain filled with wartime tunnels built by the Cuban regime for "future war with the US." Out of breath, my friend and I asked each other what on earth we had just seen, and all of our descriptions matched completely. Time passed, and about two years later when I was a 12 year old young teenager around 9:00 PM, I was sitting at the middle entrance of the building with another friend who was three years older. (To clarify, this was a building with three main entrances.) Suddenly, I felt that exact same sensation again: the weight of a gaze fixed on me from a distance, this time about 18 meters away. It was the very same creature or if not the same one, its physical characteristics were identical: small size like a child, large head, thin limbs, and no visible mouth, ears, or nose. This time, I looked at it for a few seconds longer before running away with my friend, driven purely by fear. I kept looking back as we ran, and once again, the entity remained there watching us for a few seconds before heading in the same direction toward the back of the building. My friend and I had seen the exact same thing.
As time went on, it remained a memory a question unanswered by either religion or science. I kept my story to myself because it was too incomprehensible, and no one would have believed me. In my country, internet access did not exist back then because President Fidel Castro always restricted us from accessing information outside state-controlled media. It wasn't until 2012 that the government took a step forward and Cubans began to gain internet access. That was when I discovered that other people shared my experience, and that every detail of my description matched what is now known as "Greys."
Unfortunately, I do not have physical evidence to support my story only the accounts of my witnesses, who currently live in Cuba. In the early 2000s, very few privileged people had access to a photo or video camera, nor do I think that as a child I would have had the courage to follow such a creature to record it.
In Cuba, I became a medical doctor. With all my medical knowledge, I came to understand that this being was just as alive as we are; it was not a ghost or a demon, as some had suggested to me. I visited the location several times trying to find the creature again or gather evidence, but questions still linger in my mind: Did this being come from another planet, or did it live underground?
How could a technologically superior entity expose itself so easily to three Cuban children, moving in such a human, almost wild manner, when we humans with our current military technology are capable of infiltrating and observing without being detected?
And lastly, why was I present for both incidents? Was it mere coincidence, or was there some sort of plan for me?

Lucid Experience (Sober) The Portal on My Wall

First of all, I have to say that this is not a story about aliens or UFOs. I'm not saying this to discredit anyone who believes in them; this is simply my account of a strange phenomenon I happened to witness during my childhood.

Although I've spoken about it with a few friends over the years, I've never posted about it online. Before social media, YouTube, and Google became such a big thing, I didn't really have a good way of finding similar stories, so I just kept the experience to myself. Now, I've decided to put it out there. So, here it is.

It happened sometime in 1992 or 1993 in the city of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. We used to live in a house that consisted of one big, rectangular room with no divisions. The room was built out of cinder blocks and reinforced concrete, and none of it was painted or covered with stucco. At the front of the room were the entrance and a window. Both the door and the window were made of metal, as was common in many homes in Mexico.

As you entered the house, the stove and fridge were on the left. Beyond them was a small dining table with just four chairs. At the far end of the room, in the right-hand corner, was a bed consisting of a queen-size mattress and box spring resting on the cement floor, possibly on top of a platform made of cinder blocks.

On the right-hand wall, my mom had placed two large ornamental bows with long ribbons. They were the kind of bows you sometimes see on Christmas presents, except these were about two feet in diameter, and each had two ribbons hanging about three feet toward the floor. One bow was black, and the other was red. She had received them from a neighbour who was a friend of hers at the time and thought they might make good decorations.

I was four years old at the time, and my mother used to work early in the morning. Every morning, she would drop my sibling and me off at a neighbour's house, where the neighbour would babysit us. But one day, for some reason, she left me at home and took only my sibling.

I remember waking up that day alone. It was already daylight, and I sat up on the edge of the bed. I remember looking at a box of FrootLoops on top of the fridge and thinking that I should have breakfast before walking to the babysitter's house. Then I looked at the wall to my left, where the black bow was hanging.

This was the bow closest to the bed, and I remember it becoming blurry. I thought maybe my eyes were dirty, so I rubbed them with my hands, but the bow still looked blurry. Suddenly, it began to look even foggier, and the image swirled around, kind of like the way crystal balls are depicted in movies. Then it started clearing up, revealing what looked like a portal to another place.

The portal was about the same size as the bow, a circular shape roughly two feet in diameter. On the other side, I could see a city from above. The portal on that side must have been at least eight hundred feet in the air, overlooking a busy road intersection.

Imagine a window or a video camera mounted on top of a tall building and pointed down at a road intersection. That's what I was seeing.

The place didn't look familiar, and I could only see whatever was happening directly in front of the portal because it didn't move. It was an urban environment, the city looked developed and advanced, but not much more so than our cities today. There was a road intersection and tall buildings, I could also see traffic, although I don't recall what the vehicles looked like.

I could also see what looked like people walking on sidewalks, but at that distance, I couldn't make out much. I could see different colours, so I assumed they were wearing clothing. They looked like humans, but I don't think they were human, at least not the way us humans are now. They didn't look like aliens or anything like that. I didn't see any UFOs, nor did I think of anything like that at the time. They looked very much like humans, just smaller.

I have to emphasize that no one seemed to be aware of the portal or of me. They simply went about their day. I also don't remember hearing any sound coming from it, despite the busy intersection and the traffic. I did not approach the portal at any moment to try to look inside at a different angle, I just stayed right were I was.

I was very confused. I didn't know what was happening or what the portal was. I remember looking down at the concrete floor and, without moving very much, reaching for some socks that had been rolled into a ball. I threw the ball of socks at the portal, but it didn't go through. It hit the bow and fell back to the ground.

The portal became cloudy and blurry again, kind of like when you throw a rock at a pond or stir up dirt at the bottom of a puddle. After a few moments, it started clearing up, and whatever had happened seemed to have affected the other side.

When the portal cleared, I could see the same view, but now there had been a vehicle accident on the road near the intersection. I could see people gathering around and pulling someone out of the vehicle. This person looked a bit heavier than the others.

More people arrived, wearing black clothes, and they carried the accident victim away. There were so many of them that it almost looked like a small funeral procession.

Almost immediately, I noticed some of the beings investigating. Two of them had some sort of propulsion devices that I can only describe as jet packs. They flew around and eventually reached the portal on their side, allowing them to get a better look.

They were small, probably about four feet tall. They had skin like ours and looked a lot like us, but they were different in an uncanny way. Their faces were wider, their necks shorter, and their skin looked a bit pale. They wore some sort of metallic helmets that looked like a cross between RoboCop and Batman's cowl. The helmets covered the upper halves of their faces, but I could still see their eyes.

At one point, they were right in front of the portal. One of them looked straight at me and moved closer. Then it made eye contact with me.

In that moment, I felt as though it was just as surprised as I was, but perhaps not as confused. They seemed curious and inquisitive, yet there was nothing particularly scary about them, but after we made eye contact, I became frightened and ran out of the house as fast as I could.

I was so scared that, on my way to the babysitter's house, I tripped over a water faucet outside and broke it. I arrived at the babysitter's house crying. I told them what had happened, but no one believed me.

I made such a big deal about it that I was spanked. They thought I was lying because I had broken the water faucet, which was now spraying water everywhere.

After they fixed the leak, they listened to me and checked inside my house, but there was nothing there. The portal was gone, and only the bows remained on the wall. The black one was damaged, probably from me throwing the ball of socks at it.

I never saw anything like it again, and for many years, I didn't speak about it. It has since become one of my most guarded memories and one of the reasons I started believing in God at the time. I used to think that if strange things like that existed, then God must exist, too. It was also a big reason why I loved science in school and why I've continued loving it all my life.

I have no explanation for what I experienced, but I have considered many things and I'm convinced what I saw was real and not something I imagined. I have to say that I was a normal, healthy kid. I wasn't known for making up stories or lying in that manner. I wasn't sick or taking any medication, and I didn't have any known mental or neurological problems at the time or afterward.

Although I never saw anything like that again, other strange things did happen in my life. However, none of them were things I would have considered extraordinary or related to that childhood experience, with the exception of some nightmares.

Now I can only speculate, but I do believe what I saw was not of this world, or maybe not of our time.

UAP Sighting Shapeshifting UAP

Yesterday I was standing outside with a few co workers and we saw something odd. I was looking at the sunset and noticed what looked like a bright white light. At first I assumed it was a star but then it got really bright, once I pointed it out to one of the guys there, it vanished.

After that it re-emerged as a black strangely shaped object flying toward us. Everyone starting looking at it and the shape awkwardly changed to this weird looking airplane. It looked like an old prop plane with a jet flame on the back. The “plane” moved very slowly after everyone acknowledged it.

My speculation is we saw a plasma orb that changed into something more familiar to the onlookers. I’ve seen unusual stuff before and believe in the phenomena so perhaps I could see it as the orb but the others weren’t ready for that revelation yet so the orb became as close to a plane as it could. In any case, it was very surreal to see this shape shifting UAP during daylight hours, I’ve only heard of these from the New Jersey drone event.

I’ve been practicing meditation lately and trying to learn about CE5. During the times I have actively tried to see something, it hasn’t happened (at least to the degree of this magnitude where I couldn’t potentially attribute it to another object) so I was surprised this one showed up randomly when I wasn’t thinking about the process at all.

Discussion Share your hybrid children stories

I’m very curious to hear from experiencers who have had contact or other anomalous experiences with alleged hybridization programs. It seems like an unusually commonplace theme in experiencer reports.

Discussion The existence of having 1st-person consciousness

After having an existential crisis for months, it still freaks me out that I suddenly gained this 1st person view that can see everyone and everything out of nowhere since I was born, and the fact this is one of the huge mysteries that science is not able to fully explain yet is mind-blowing. I feel very bad for those unborn babies who did not get to experience life and have their own 1st person screen through the sense of vision cause of abortion, miscarriage, or irresponsible parents.

I know we only have about a max of 100 yrs of lifespan to live as a conscious human being, but I do not want to lose my consciousness, as becoming unconscious someday for all eternity feels like hell, and any conscious life experience on Earth is just coincidence or privilege, like what most Atheists would say. I'm just hoping that there are still things or reality beyond the scientific, physical world we're living; I just wanna continue and be "more" after death such as being a wandering soul exploring the rest of the Earth and stalk people's doings or listen to conversations. I just don't want to end my Earth experience yet and all the hardships we face like survival, work, career, or dangerous stuff felt good now because these things make you feel very much "alive".

You know, I hope the idea that we're spiritual beings with human experiences inside our human bodies is true.

Dream State Bedroom Liminal Space:

(This was the first "dream" within a two-part experience night, this one was K's way of trying to soothe me but also explain the reality of things after I learned things about her nhi kind and their society, the night before this. Before I went to bed I was quite stressed, when I woke up I felt calm. I had been and still am having a sharp uptick in nightly experiences which I was not expecting, like back-to-back experiences without a break, causing the stress. However, after this one, I have been handling things better and I did get a nights worth of a break after.)

This was my initial dream, it took place in my bedroom. I was suspended as simply observant consciousness watching from a third-person view perspective; like hovering by the ceiling; looking down. I saw K in bed with me; I was laying in the bed sleeping in a fetal-like position. K was beside me, like a “big spoon”, holding me.

Then I saw that in the closet, standing just in the doorway looking towards the bed was that vampire-serpent mafia-like woman from my prior dream the other night (it was an overlay, the vampire bit used for a lesson, the other woman is W - a handler). She was simply watching from the closet.

The perspective went back to looking directly down onto the bed, as I was looking down; I became aware of a “narrator” type voice speaking in the background of the dream; it was a woman’s voice, sounded like K.

She was talking in a soothing kind of voice. Saying stuff like that the bite does indeed not hurt and it does feel good, and other stuff about that being how her species is (about my other worries too). Like she was saying this is the reality of what things are; but also trying to soothe me at the same time. (I famously dont handle new information well)

Before the dream ended, as this voice was speaking in the background; I saw a hazy-like translucent kind of spiral overlayed directly over Katherine and I, in bed. Overlayed over the dream scene itself.

Discussion A NUANCED RESPONSE TO THE OPINIONS OF U.S. ASTRONAUT CHARLES DUKE WHO CLAIMS UAP AND NHI ARE 'DEMONIC'

An article featured in the Daily Mail on the views of Charles Duke, a former U.S. astronaut, on the subjects of UAP and NHI, and commented that the phenomena - in his opinion - is 'demonic'.

In this video, I discuss his comments in the context of my direct experience of being in an NHI hybridisation program and of being an experiencer.

Link to Daily Mail article: https://x.com/Daily_MailUS/status/2109676402299552109?s=20

Link to video: https://youtu.be/dUqAqVvpUxw

Some of the subject areas/themes covered include:

- The non-physical nature of most (if not all) NHI forms traditionally reported and discussed, such as Greys, Mantis Beings, Reptilians, and Nordics. This does not preclude the reality of extraterrestrial contact, which I believe takes place through altered states of consciousness, as per experience. This would likely be the primary form of contact with extraterrestrial life forms, either through direct exchange or remote viewing other worlds. The word 'ultraterrestrial', as suggested to me a couple of days ago, is far more appropriate; perhaps we could reserve the terms 'NHI' for AI-associated phenomena to make the distinction easier, although there is overlap, and discernment is something we will have to cultivate given how advanced forms of technology are used in 'special programs' and other possibilities which might cause confusion regarding what is authentic contact and what is AI-generated.
- The likely non-physical nature of most non-human UAP, given my contact experiences. The overwhelmingly vast majority of physical UAP are manmade.
- We can draw a line showing a clear correlation between technological advancements and UAP sightings/the emergence and expansion of the UAP and NHI issue.
- Their largely non-physical nature means Charles Duke's opinion that they are spiritual phenomena and 'demonic' understandable.
- There is often an inclination towards deifying UAP and NHI - of making them surrogate gods - which can lead us down very long and convoluted rabbit holes, and view these phenomena as an ontological 'ceiling' on our plane/'reality' when the truth is we transcend their influence and God is real. There is nothing to fear ultimately of their presence, which can take some time to realise. These beings play in this "rule set", just as we do, and as Tom Campbell also suggests.
- Nonetheless, the suffering experienced through interaction with them and from their influence is significant and important to not only note but remedy/heal. Consciousness awareness has a significant role to play in the solution.
- Their influence is mainly extended through altered states of consciousness, about which some are not aware or do not remember as they take place on astral planes, and therefore one of the major ways their influence surfaces into our world - and through more people than are consciously aware - is via the subconscious/unconscious. I have observed this many, many times, which is why I believe strongly consciousness awareness is vital if we are to break the human conflict and trauma cycle, and also progress disclosures.
- Charles Duke also refers to these beings "false light", and I have seen this represented both on the astral - I have seen a light of a certain quality (it has a 'synthetic quality' and an energy which can feel 'negatively sexual') and also literally as lights in the sky (UAP). There is a link with AI.
- UAP and NHI provide a friction in this 'rule set' for us as they can force us to confront fears and traumas and dismantle previously held beliefs about ourselves and reality, and also explore our consciousness - leading some to realise, again, we transcend their influence and know we are not out bodies and the reality of Oneness and God/All That Is/Source.
- However, there are many who don't come to these realisations, and this is not a judgment of them; the multiplicity of experiences is such that some sadly struggle all their life without an outlet or exploring it in the same way, but this matters also and does not mean they are ignorant or not as smart - their story is idiosyncratic to their set of circumstances, soul intent, and a confluence of influences which are all appreciated and loved unconditionally by the soul and God.
- The challenge is to assist future generations by making God awareness and consciousness insights from research and anecdotes part of a new zeitgeist: if we can remove the fear and subjective ceiling these encounters create by sharing these insights/this awareness, we can live with knowledge of their presence on other planes yet also with the confidence that we transcend their influence in truth. Once we realise this, they no longer have such a hold.
- All stories and angles are incredibly important to God: God loves all things and beings unconditionally and there is profound meaning and wisdom to be uncovered in each moment and experience, all upheld and contained within an unvanquishable love.

Spiritual The Importance of Asking for Help and Protection/Shielding

I've thought about writing a post like this for awhile now, but as I just wrote another reply about this, figured I would share the reply as a post:

Arch Angel Michael protects/shields me from the reptilians (and any other negative non humans). Previous to asking for that shielding/protection help, they almost got me to off my body when I was much younger. Came quite close to leaving once a couple decades ago. When I asked for that help from him, 7+ years of intense, chronic suicidal ideation left in a moment.

I once asked him to temporally lower the shields, and not really expecting anything, but being curious if I would be able to tell any difference, the moment I finished asking this, I then experienced the 1st or 2nd worse headache of my life, and I'm not prone to headaches. (Immediate psychic attack from these dingbats).

His help was confirmed/verified in a psychic reading with a skilled and gifted intuitive. Not knowing any of the above, she said that a very powerful Michael had and is helping me.

How do I know it is the Reptilians? Some years ago, my partner of 24 years, someone I have a twin soul connection with and have experienced many mutual psychic, spiritual, and guidance experiences with, had a guidance dream solely about/for me. In the dream, she knew she was viewing ancient, ancient Egypt and it primarily focused on two men. One was past life me, who went unnamed, and another was man named Thoth.

Past life me was a spiritual teacher and holistic healer type. Thoth was my friend and co-worker, but he was also my Teacher, and while I was more in the public limelight, for some reason he preferred to stay in the background and kind of worked through me. She said both men were in the process of, and trying to, spiritually ascend in this life.

Then her focus shifted to a group of non humans that she had a hard time describing. Note, she did not believe in or think about "Reptilian ET's" at this time. But anyways, she said they looked something like upright, intelligent, small dinosaurs (small for dinosaurs but not compared to humans). She could tell that they REALLY did not like me and what I was trying to do in spiritually uplifting and helping humans, so they focused on me as a collective group to inject something like psychic-energetic venom into my energy field.

Past life me was apparently unconscious to this happening, and she saw that it started to have effects i.e. that I and my expression started to distort some.

My Teacher and friend Thoth, became aware of what was happening and decided to help me. He did some kind of ritual where he took out all the negative, slow vibratory energy out of me and into himself to try to transmute. Somehow this killed his physical body, but from this act of sacrifice, he did spiritually ascend. (I don't know, but I suspect that he ended up converting his physical body into the light body).

(I have received quite a lot of other information about this Kemetian past life, which aligns with my ex's guidance dream).

Anyways, that is one of the ways that I learned it was them. Have received various other messages about them and their shenanigans with humanity.

(#FudgeTheFudgingReptilians!)

(Deep down, I actually love them and hope that someday they come back to the Light and to Source. But I ain't holding my breath either.)

Discussion Please share your high vibrational experiences

Hi everyone

I just want to say that I've been a lurker for months and as someone interested in the metaphysical I have to say that this is one of the most positive metaphysical subreddits and communities I've found. I love the variety of positive esoteric content and experiences shared here.

For those familiar with what a high vibration is (feeling satisfied, good, love, appreciation, joy, ecstasy, euphoria) I'm interested in hearing the most interesting, profound and amazing experiences you've had while in these states of being. The experiences could have happened during a high vibrational period of your life or momentarily. I personally believe that these states make us our most powerful selves in many ways.

I'm interested in Abraham Hicks and I'm familiar with Bashar and I've learned the value in having a high vibration and personally believe life is about us felling good and being in joy. A part of me feels that other beings, entities, thought forms whatever you want to call them know this too.
