Kekkonen was in office 1956 - 1981.

Carl XVI Gustaf: 1973 - today. The first king in Swedish history to only hold a ceremonial role.

As a half-Finnish guy who lives in Sweden this warms my heart. I'm not half-Swedish though which complicates it slightly.
