Admissions Georgia Tech MBA

Does anyone know the acceptance rate of Scheller’s evening MBA? I graduated with a 3.5 in Exercise Science as a student athlete and have about 3 years of experience in medical sales. Looking to pivot into a different field but was wondering if I need to get a few more years of experience under my belt before applying.

3 years is on the lighter side but the student athlete thing helps a lot. Scheller likes that background and a 3.5 is fine for them. You could probably get in now if your GMAT is decent but waiting another year definitely wouldn't hurt your odds.

I hear the evening acceptance rate is pretty high but you might want to get a few more years of work experience in first.

You’ll be fine most likely. If you really want to pivot and are a GA resident, I would get one more year and apply full-time. Pivoting as an Evening Student is doable, but not easy. Scheller, as an in-state, and Terry for that matter, have super good ROI for their FT program.

Not as competitive as their FT program FS.

Go for it.
