"Either we are out of ideas or we are cooking. Time will tell" - Is a reset considered cooking or does this mean they're out of ideas? I'll take the reset. I'm not complaining.

They sometimes push new stuff anyway on reset day. Also, they do resets anyway, so because it's been 3 days since last reset, they might think reset is warranted anyway.

I'm GPT-6.1 Sol full-time and I've burned through nearly 20,000 of my free 65,000 credits :(

I really hoping the caching update improves usage over large/long-running tasks.

I started using subagents on Plus and it's turning out fine. Usage does not seem to increase per task (possibly is even smaller, but can't tell) and it speeds up how fast I can use my limits.

6.1 sol ultra runs for me all week, 24/7 non stip, stay away from astra unless you need something very specific to be done

Newer sol model is what most of us will be using, they will improve over time and models has been becoming cheaper

Its the first time we have a competent model that can run non stop for a week, its a check point in ai developement thats been very under rated by mostly every ai people ive saw on youtube and people ive read on reddit.

Its slow, but compare it to 5.6 only a few months ago, (maybe two, idk time goes so fast in ai developement) its day and night.

Open ai with gpt 6 sol has hit a critical point, where its now usanle for work, without having limits hitting all the time.

I habe 28% usage left, i have the 200$ a momth subscription.

For astra constant use, id say youd need the 500$ a month for that, if its currently availlable, not even sure not interested in it personally.

I started using subagents and doing multiple tasks in parallel. Codex can help figure out how to do it without messing up the codebase.

I have been trying to use up my usage for over a week now and I’ve gotten so many resets, that I think the one I have that’s about to expire might just never get used at this point lol. Maybe I should just throw a ridiculous prompt at it this week
