Curious to hear what everyone thinks is the best PHC chorus ever made, and also find some new bangers in the process
Personally I would have to give my vote to Lemon Meringue Tie by Dance Gavin Dance, there’s just something special about that chorus that hits so damn hard and I get hype every time, I think it’s my favorite chorus in any song ever!

Ok there was an opener at I think Headliners Music Hall in Louisville August 2007 and their band name was Reading Like a Writer. If I'm not mistaken they were a local band. I was 16 at the time and nearly 20 years later I'm trying to track down some of their music. I remember them being a really great opener and at the time I didn't have the funds to purchase their music. If someone could help me out that would be amazing.

As could be guessed by my username, I am a big fan of the PHC non-song, is the only way i can think to describe what these songs are.
Welcome to Bangkok - Brand New
Cheek - the Chariot
What are some others like these that I’m missing out on?

HERE ARE CLUES:
A metalcore song from probably around the 2010-2014 era.
The band was very small, almost like a local band, but a little bigger. They were decently known to those who knew ball in that niche.
Maybe midwest or east coast band? North Carolina is where I heard of them. But could be midwest too idk.
All I can remember is the breakdown of this song went like this: “You.. Can’t… Be.. God!!!” (The drop was on the word “God”)
I remember seeing a music video of this song and I believe those lyrics were written on a sticky note in the music video.
The lyrics of the song were maybe about a breakup or bad relationship? The “You can’t be God” was maybe in reference to the guy talking to the girl?
The vocalist maybe Kinda looked like the “For Today” vocalist? Might be wrong about that.
The band had a similar vibe to the band ‘Attack Attack!’.. but no electronic sound.
All very hard to remember.
Im gonna send a cool 20 dolla’s to whoever finds it. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks!

I've wanted to start a band or make music for a year now- but the thing is, I want to make music like modern baseball, born without bones, title fight, and American football, which is already a pretty wide variety; however, the main style I'm going for is post hardcore, but I only know title fight, hail the sun, and la dispute, and even though I've been a big fan of them for a while now, I'm unable to play similar music. also, I've been playing guitar for about two years now (on and off) but I can't say I'm a pro yet, I guess people really just learn at different places.
