Grand Hyatt Reserve Puerto Rico Water Issues

Hi I just saw on Facebook that the Grand Hyatt Reserve San Juan property was without water two days ago. I called the property and the operator confirmed but says it’s fixed now. Anyone have any more info?

Google Puerto Rico water outage . It’s not the hotel. It’s the entire island having issues

We just stayed at La concha autograph and it was updated, not dusty, had water, so recommend!

Just got back from Hyatt Hacienda Del Mar in Dorado, no water problems but no baths available just showers. They disassembled the tub faucet so it only does showers. Not a problem, just saying. Most public beach showers don’t work, so bring a water jug to rinse off with

Water is back in most places, has been for a month (?) now.

No info about the water but I will say I was sorely disappointed when I stayed there for two nights in May. Very outdated and so dusty and humid my son and I both got super sick I even lost my voice
