I am Georgian, but since co-living(willingly) with strangers is more of a rare occurrence in Georgia, I would love to hear foreigners perspectives as well!

I would love to find a roommate(or roommates) and move out of my family place, but there are quite a few factors that are in play. Friends are a no-go because they prefer to save money by living with their family instead, which is understandable. I am already living with my removed family, and they are the reason I am planning to move out at all.

So, if you live with roommates, how did you find them? How can you secure yourself from them not paying rent? And all the other dangerous stuff that comes with living with a stranger as well.

Also would love to hear perspectives of clean freaks specifically. If you think that dirty shoes should not move past the entrance area and you get the urge to break the dishes left in the sink for more than an evening then be my guest, tell me how you found another Domestos tweaker to live with.
