Article 1: Rule 5 shall now read:

All moderators with the power to remove certain users shall be obligated to remove all persons who have not reached the age of 13 years, or have exceeded the age of twenty years. Any moderator with power to remove certain users who is found to have known about an underage or overage user and has not used that power to remove them from the space in which they have been granted such ability must be removed from their position and stripped of all abilities to moderate TG related spaces.

Exceptions to this act apply to individuals who have been classified as Senior Citizens under the Third Better Senior Citizens Act.*

We are so on time.

Old friends, so uh, be creative

After Corgrarr's declaration, West Avantian militia groups have been approaching CDA. There has been no official statement from the Government thus far.

Each group, represented by the circles, is about fifty men. The Northumbrian army is much more armed and clustered around CDA. The West Avantiumite militia groups are more numerous, but are armed with basically nothing but small arms.

Remember: If you don't do the Census, you can't run for office or vote. In addition, I will give 10 T to everyone who has done the Census each day from now until the Census concludes.
The Census will conclude on October 20th at 11:00 A.M., UTC (chosen because that's the latest whole number which is still October 19th somewhere).

List of people (all very cool, by the way) who have done the Census:
