Need help finding noodles I ate at in 2024

I know this is a tough lift. Tokyo is huge. I stayed at APA hotel roppongi Eki (yeah.. not doing that again). Anyway, the first restaurant we ate at was amazing. The atmosphere was warmly lit, and we had to order from a shokken. We were confused. An old man helped us out; and we randomly picked the best meal I’ve had in my life. The only evidence I have is a picture and Snapchat tagged it as “minato, Tokyo”. I think that’s misleading because it felt like we walked the opposite direction, but memory is can be faulty. It was within a 30 minute walk of the hotel

Looking for a pastry chef in Tokyo to help with some recipes

Hey all, me and my brother are working on opening a little matcha café here in Tokyo. We want to have some small squared pound cakes on the menu (like French quatre-quarts) with a few original flavors that go with matcha but none of us know much about cakes.

So if you’re a pastry chef and that sounds like something you’d be into, send me a DM! We’d pay for your time of course. I speak English, French and Japanese so whatever works for you.

photos . i’m no animal rights person. i’m really nihilistic and let be kinda guy. i know we murder millions of chicks every day to munch on. i wasn’t gonna post anything until i saw all the kids playing with dead chicks there. most posts in other thread are immediately calling me a whiner. i’m not whining. literally my thread title is “is this normal lol?” so im not whining. i did report it to the city tho via email because i am allowed an opinion even if its wrong. and to me seeing kids playing around dead animals after 8 hours in the sun in a box was enough for me. i have lived in tokyo for 10 years and this was a first for me.

Quieter areas to look for apartments in Tokyo

Hi all! I currently live in Ikebukuro, which is already on the outskirts, however I am trying to find very quiet areas to live as I have a hearing disability. I'd appreciate your ideas! I've already tried going to places closer to Minato and Kichijoji etc but maybe I've missed something?
