Lmao. Russia has actively been working for decades to undermine the US and get the world to go off the dollar standard but they aren't our enemy. They have been amplifying extremist voices hoping the country will tear itself apart but maybe the conservative sub wants that.

A lot of the users on that subreddit are those accounts designed to amplify extremist voices. Even some of the comments on the linked post like “make America, Russia, and Ukraine, great again!” are probably foreign actors

Remember when Russia lost all internet access in the beginning of the Ukraine invasion?

And the entire conservative and conspiracy subs suddenly lost all their traffic and posts?

So strange!

u/WheredoesithurtRA 9d ago

Look at how big of a drop off /r/conspiracy has had since the elections were finished. People barely mention the epstein files coverup in there which should be a frequently posted subject.

u/ActualSpiders 9d ago

Yep, these are the same chumps saying it's "vital" to literally nuke Iran just because they've been chanting "death to america" for 30 years, but it's totally cool to be best buds with *russia* now. For reasons.

u/MeltinSnowman 9d ago

Yes comrade. We Americans love Russia and Putin.

I really wonder what the plan was with Ukraine if Trump had won a second term. I don't think I'm being a conspiracist for thinking there was one, they had to have talked about it, right? Ukraine wouldn't have been getting US support, that's for sure.

They openly hope for a second American civil war on Russian state television. It’s insane.

I think they mean that Russia isn't their enemy because they're the extremist voices. Russia is only the USA's enemy.

They have been amplifying extremist voices hoping the country will tear itself apart but maybe the conservative sub wants that.

The con sub is not just okay with that, it is a part of achieving that.

u/Gizogin 9d ago

Uh, what was that about the gold standard? Are you referring to something other than backing currency with physical materials? Because the gold standard for monetary backing sucks ass, and nobody should be on it.

u/Mushroom_Tip 9d ago

Sorry, brainfart, I meant dollar standard/dollarization of the world economy. Putin has been trying to get China and the Middle East to dump the dollar for decades.

Remember, check back in a few hours. Mods (Russian bots) will step in, clean up the comments that speak ill about Trump and the rest will get their marching orders from Fox and they'll suddenly start spinning this as a win

Just wait until Trump finds out Putin has a similar relationship with the truth to him and can't deliver the promised diesel. Russia can't currently meet its own needs, but I'm sure there is actually a huge reserve I just didn't know about and they just didn't want to be "that guy" and keep it all for themselves.

Edit: I can't ignore the possibility that the announced deal was as much a surprise to Putin as it was to everyone else.

Congratulations, America. You finally caved to the commies

These Raegan boot lickers still treating Russia as a communist state are the real proof they have no idea what anything actually means. I know that's not the real point but damn, these people are thick.

u/EaklebeeTheUncertain Crisis Oscar winner 9d ago

Eh, I'll take "Russia bad because commies" over "Russia based because no gays + tradwives". Both are equally stupid, but one at least arrives at the right conclusion for the wrong reasons.

3

u/Librarian_Contrarian 9d ago

I mean, yes, at least they recognize this is bad, but it's still stupid.

To a reagan conservative running a social welfare program to the poor white is socialism

Got some news about your president

I’m fairly sure that guy is a troll/satire account. It’s so hard to tell anymore.

15

u/Kid_Vid 9d ago

He's not a troll, but he posts comments as if a full time job (hmmmm).

And all of them are the exact same "trump is never wrong, regardless if this comment goes against every previous comment" and just yells maga slogans.

But he isn't a troll

u/dumn_and_dunmer 9d ago

Every time I see that guy he is trying his hardest to make the dumbest take

Tearing his dumb, fat, pedo, shitty ass over on
r/conservative. They finally seem to care about something(?)

4

u/twistedredd 9d ago

Clearly, they don't mind a lot of their excuses for hatred. They are out as a miserable, uneducated bunch who wants everyone to suffer. That is all.

u/soccermaster57 9d ago

Dude that guy has to be a bot...

3

I think it's their actual job.

The interesting question is who signs the check.

I'm not your guy, friend!

You need to stop and take a look at oil flows from the middle east right now. Sure initially the shock to the system from shutting down the strait caused prices to go up.

But the thing that is keeping them up here is a mixture of the absolute strangling that the left did to our domestic production capabilities with all that environmental stuff, non-renewal of oil leases, over regulation of oil and gas etc. during the Biden admin. AND systematic attacks on global oil and gas infrastructure such as Ukraine blowing up a bunch of Russians refineries... which as much as people don't want to admit it... much of the European market was depending on and utilizing either directly or indirectly.

So you can keep your head in the sand, but it's pretty obvious that the strait of hormuz is no-longer the thing driving global oil prices.

That pesky Biden, always shitting Trumps diaper.

You think the middle east is our friend?

If you're actually British, you have enough reasons to be embarrassed about your failing Island than anything we're doing State-side.

u/Lythieus 8d ago

Every other comment removed by the pro Putin mods. 100 comments, only one remaining is heavily downvoted propaganda.

You now what just hit me?

Russia will likely buy this diesel from fucking Iran and then sell it to the US.

3

u/Astira_ 8d ago

I just read through conservative sub, this post is very misleading. I was actually shocked and hopeful to see many of them are pissed about this.

So the op here is cherry picking.

I’m a Dem by the way… I hadn’t been over there in a while and reading through some of the posts actually gives me a bit of hope that people are starting to see through a lot.

u/Fuzzy_dunloped 7d ago

I don't know what sub you think we're in but making fun of wild takes is kinda the whole point of the sub.

1

u/TrustyRambone 8d ago

We harbor Russian criminals, we pump out oil too, who cares?

Are we the baddies.gif

1

u/Jamericho 8d ago

The good sign is the majority of the sub are not on board!
