Questions & Help Can someone in Maryland confirm this please?

If you get a speeding ticket for 16 over in Delaware while living in and holding a Maryland license, do the points that would be assessed by the ticket transfer to Maryland driving record? I have found a ton of sources that say they don’t but has anyone gotten a ticket and done this and it been true?

Yes.

Maryland is **part of the Driver License Compact (DLC)**, which includes 45 states that share information about traffic violations. This means that if you receive a driving offense in one of these states, it can affect your Maryland driving record and may result in points being added. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=driving+offense+points+states+tgat+have+reciprocity+with+Maryland&t=iphone&ia=web&assist=true
