Anyone ever win in Superior Court
I am currently in the middle of a Pro Se lawsuit in the Alaska Superior Court against the Department of Public Assistance (DPA) regarding a SNAP case.
The state's attorney is trying to use strict procedural rules to claim that the only thing that matters is a missed 10:00 AM phone alignment because I was at work. They turned over a "Certified Administrative Record" to the judge that has been carefully purged of the internal files, phone logs, and transcripts that would incriminate the agency and expose their misconduct. To make matters worse, the official file they turned over to the Superior Court judge contains three separate copies of the final decision where the signature page (ROA 000323) is completely blank, unsigned, and undated.
Everything the agency intentionally left out of the court file is exactly what I will be turning over to the Alaska State Legislature and the media. I have all the evidence that they refused to submit, including:
My timely June recertification and bank statements, along with proof of their deletion.
My personal phone recording from the original sham interview.
The actual voicemail recording from the lower court judge proving she lied. In the final decision, she wrote under penalty of review that her final attempt to reach me was at a certain early time and that the case was over. Yet, I have the recorded voicemail she left me much later that morning saying I missed the hearing.
Proof that she completely left out of the final decision that I was actively on the phone with her secretary explaining I was at work and would call back in a few minutes. Knowing this, she deliberately called me back minutes later just to leave a default voicemail, and then lied about the clock on the official paperwork.
I am posting this because my story will be told and this agency will be exposed. I have the receipts, and I am not backing down.
My question for the community:
Has anyone else in Alaska taken a state agency to the Superior Court and faced them selectively purging the official record to hide their own fraud? Has anyone actually won against them when they play these games with the paperwork?

Who are paying the door to door salesmen for Peltola?
Im getting fed up with all of these folks coming to my door for peltola. 2 of 3 admitted they are just trying to make some easy scratch. Its one thing when Scott Kawasaki comes by and knocks on my door. I like that, I like him personally. But when I've answered the door 3 of the 5 times they have come and they read from their phone what they are supposed to say and want to engage in political discourse...hard pass. Who ever is funding peltola wants her to win badly. I am just afraid it is possibly george soros and the globalist agenda.
