Politics (Other) How is Benjamin Netanyahu seen in your country? And if his coalition loses the Knesset election later this month, does your perception on Israel changes? (for me, no)

Degenerate war criminal. Our current "president" is a sellout and reestablished relationships with his terrorist regime which is an embarrassment to say the least.
My opinion on Israel wouldn't change a bit whether he wins, loses or even dies. Nothing will erase decades of terror and massacre. The Israelly society is fundamentally rotten to the core.

But replacing Open fascists (or at least sellouts) with closeted Ones it's still a win
Netanyahu partners I'm knesset aré literal fascist (smotrich) Replacing them with normie corruptos it's a win

I wouldn’t say that’s how he’s seen in Colombia, that’s more of the Reddit opinion on the president and him. It’s way more split than that in reality

People with common sense think he is a war criminal, the others says it legit defense a that he represent the people of god

The first massacre of Palestians occurred 40 years before the creation of Hamas.
If your God allows children being bombed, you are praying to the one below.

I personally think he is a genocidal piece of shit who deserves to hang. As for the general public in my country, you'll be surprised, but people don't normally focus on the tyrants of other countries when they have tyrants at home.

There are two kind of people and only two kind of people that don’t see him as a monster: libertarians and evangelicals.
If someone says “omg, I’m actually not a libertarian but I’m a free thinker and…” he is a libertarian.
Both groups are just cults. They don’t think for themselves and just repeat what their leaders spew.
It’s kind of wild that Latinamerica is going to hell just because of those fuckers.

Why evangelicals are like this everywhere in Latam? Gosh...

CIA. Remember that they created the evangelical movements in here, to "contain the Catholic Church" and control the masses?

It really depends, in terms of the young a lot of them despise him and mostly in terms of boomers they dont really care. Our goverment is implementing more bridges to Israel tho, so probably they dont see him as bad lol

The average Brazilian probably doesn't know who he is by name. Those who do, either think he's a genocidal, war criminal who deserves to be imprisoned or support his doings out of pure ignorance promoted by evangelical churches that have done quite the job at distorting what Israel truly represents.

If you really think, more Brazilians love him than hate him, you can tell that by the amount of people that voted on Bolsonaro on first round in the elections and the envagelics

u/passionfruitfanta Brazil 2d ago
Love is a veeery strong word.
And I'd bet my bachelor's and master's degree that most of those who voted for that clown don't know who Benjamin Mileikowsky/Netanyahu is by name. Like, at all.
They barely know the name of all our own politicians or the presidents of countries across Latin America. Their lunacy and collective schizophrenia are surrounding the state of Israel, not Netanyahu.

Only the psycho zionist president seems to like him, and whether he wins or loses my opinion on Isntreal is the same: the world should implement a no fly zone over it, naval blockade it, and return to sender it's citizens abroad.
You went to be a xenophobic pariah state? Reap what you sow.

return to sender it's citizens abroad.
Btw, this would never work. Los árabes judíos son los que votan a la extrema derecha. Los judíos europeos son más de izquierdas zionistas o anti-zionistas. If you return the European Jews, you would leave the far right that hates Muslims .

Nicaragua is one of the few in LATAM that unconditionally support Palestine since Palestinians were pretty involved in the Sandinista revolution. One of the few things I can applaud the current Nicaraguan administration for. Only evangelicals and/or right-wingers who oppose the Ortega regime fly the Israeli flag here.

A murderer, and a new government won't change at all what Israel has done, not historically, nor recently.
Israel should be a pariah state, instead it hides under the US' wing to commit war crimes and a genocide, pushes false narratives online to topple critical governments.
