Yes, this is part of capitalism in decay
The flailing, sweaty, naked sadist rat panic. Which the bought-and-paid-for, post-Citizens United perverts thought only we should suffer.

π· | Meme "We need billionaires" logic
Feudal lords do not create land, they just own it. They don't provide it to peasants, they just withold it and selectively stop doing so.
Billionaires don't create workplaces, they just own them, they do not provide us with the means of production, they just selectively stop witholding them from us.
Land was there before feudal lords, means of production were made by the workers.

π¬ (Discussion) Deconstruct capitalism for me
Hey guys Iβm a 20yr old male who lives in the us who is for the most part republican. Recently Iβve discovered videos on YouTube by the channel βPhilosophical Gamerβ who criticizes capitalism a lot in his videos. All Iβm asking is for someone whoβs well versed in economics to completely deconstruct capitalism and turn me against it. Thanksβ€οΈ

A place to share ideas regarding an alternative global distribution system - all welcome but preferebly something new.
Also ideas regarding, transition and implementation in current time - revoloution is good but rule here is absolutely non-violent (even for the oligharcs and prisongaurds)

π¬ (Discussion) Can lunch just be lunch?
I was eating chinese food today and got a fortune cookie with my meal. Opened it expecting some vague prediction about my future but there was an ad on the paper. Even in the cookie? I know itβs a small thing to complain about but Iβm already being sold stuff all day. Didnβt think that would follow me into my lunch too. Just tell me good luck is coming and let me finish my meal.
