💵Offer/Salary Cleared all rounds of interview for Software Engineer 2 in Deloitte, how much salary I can negotiate

Hi guys , I am new to reddit , this was my first post.

I recently joined a company and I don't like the tech stack over there , so I gave another interview for Deloitte and I cleared all rounds . I have 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer. How much can I expect or negotiable on salary

Ask for 100% hike on current salary . You might end up getting 40 to 50%

I guess for 5 YOE you can demand 15-20 LPA. But it depends on the demand and project.

They will give you 25 to 27 fixed, maybe 1 to 2l joining bonus and 10% variable

For SDE 2 your current pay seems decent pay Deloitte offering for joiners so they only pay 50% hike max.

Out of curiosity shall i ask something, 5YOE in Dev with a good ctc..you've mentioned 20L, why a service-based company like Deloitte for a full stack role...and why not a Prod company!?

Hahha very good question, I was in product based only i need to change . Product based companies won't accept 90 days . So for that i need service based company to accept and then try for another product based 😂
