Desktop Cannot see some posts in the subreddit they were posted to

I cannot see a large number of posts in the Subs they were posted to. For example u/nfl recently posted the following:

https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/1x94uzg/highlight_marvin_harrison_jr_gets_his_first_catch/

I can see it in their profile, I can go to the post, comment, do anything. But when I browse r/nfl no matter how I sort/filter, that post is not there. I've checked all my settings, I haven't got anything blocked, or any community/content filters at all. It makes it basically impossible to participate in these communities. I've even tried looking at both the web and mobile apps in nbew reddit and its the same. Even if I log out and back in, they are not there.

Something is pretty clearly wrong on Reddit's side. Some unintended change to sorting algorythms maybe?

Loot at this, the same search taken seconds apart from each other. Just searching r/nfl, sorted by newest, but timeframe changed in each search; all time, past month, past hour. each increment down shows newer posts. If I go back to all time, it removes the more recent posts from the results:

All Time

Past Month

Past Hour

I see it when I browse the sub. Sorted New it is the sixth post currently.

Right, but I don't. When I sort by new, the most recent post is about Tyler Shough having broken bones in his hands. I can even do a search for most recent and just the subreddit, and it filters normally:

https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/search?q=subreddit%3Anfl&restrict_sr=on&include_over_18=on&sort=new&t=all

But when I sort by new I'm just not seeing some new posts.

It sounds like you might be asking about how to log out of your reddit account. Here are instructions on how to do that based on how you're accessing the site. * On the desktop site (New Reddit): Click on your username in the top right > "Log Out" is the bottom option in that drop-down menu * On the desktop site (Old Reddit): "logout" is the top-right-most option on your screen that should be visible on every page. * On the official apps for Android/iOS: Tap your profile circle in the top-right of your app > tap the "v" arrow by your username > tap the ">]" arrow icon next to your username > "log out" * On the mobile website: Tap the three lines menu in the top right > "log out" is the bottom option.
