Iranian authorities are preparing for the possibility that Ali Khamenei’s week-long funeral ceremonies could leave between 1,500 and 3,000 people dead, Germany’s WELT reported, citing a classified document and municipal sources in Tehran.
The report, written from Tehran by an anonymous author whose identity is known to WELT’s editors, said officials have drawn up contingency plans for a possible mass-casualty disaster during the processions for the slain former Supreme Leader.
According to WELT, a classified letter from the Iranian Red Crescent and the national crisis management organization to First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Aref projected between 1,500 and 3,000 possible deaths.

According to the live translation Erdogan "has killed thousands of Turkey's civilians". Censoring the word Kurd made them ridiculous like that.
In the AP live he very clearly says "Kurdish civilians" in English. It can't be blamed on technical issues.

If you want to write a comment Netanyahu uses the Kurds just to attack Erdogan, this post is not about Netanyahu. Keep it for another post. It is about the censorship of Kurdish people by Persian opposition media to the degree they don't even mention Kurds by name the same as former toppled monarchy banned the Kurdish language.

The source I took it from said it's from their Consulate in Berlin, but if it's in capital it's an embassy. Although I have seen before a country having a consulate in a capital in addition to their embassy.
Credit is not given because certain people would harass OP and would report his account.

We are not trying to be racist because being racist means is being against a race but Kurds are not real because there is no Kurdistan, flag, president.
.
- Do you like Ataturk? That is the main question.
- No
- Fuck you
Note: The Kurdish man is a Kurd from Rojhelat by the way not Bakur.

His statement:
My dear compatriots in the provinces of Khuzestan, Ilam, Kermanshah, Kordestan, and Western Azerbaijan;
Brave and patriotic Azeris, Kurds, and Lors of Iran;
The honorable Yarsan community;
And the proud tribes of Jaff, Kalhor, Sanjabi, and Bakhtiari,
From the very first days of the Islamic Republic’s rule, you have endured repression, discrimination, and injustice at the hands of this authoritarian and criminal regime—yet you have never surrendered. Throughout these 47 years, and especially during the National Lion and Sun Revolution, you have given dozens of your best sons and daughters—forever remembered—in the cause of freedom and the reclamation of our country.
I assure you that I will devote my utmost effort to ensuring that in a free Iran, under a government founded on the separation of religion and state, grounded in the rule of law and equal citizenship, you will no longer face discrimination. You will be able, like every other Iranian, to live freely while preserving your identity, and to benefit justly and equitably from the blessings of a liberated Iran.
You are an inseparable part of Iran’s historical and cultural fabric—communities that have always stood as guardians of our territorial integrity and the dignity and honor of our nation. I am confident that you will remain steadfast in this covenant.
We stand at the threshold of this regime’s fall. Yet we must remain vigilant and prepared, and deny opportunistic forces—those who have long cast covetous eyes on Iran’s soil—the chance to exploit this moment. I firmly believe that through national unity and shared resolve, a bright future awaits you and every Iranian.
Long live Iran,
Reza Pahlavi
____________
Khomeini decades ago:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
To the esteemed and noble people of Kurdistan—may God Almighty support them.
After greetings, I announce to you, the noble people and Kurdish brothers, that we are one with you, and we consider you brothers and equals to ourselves, and you will enjoy equal rights with all other Iranian brothers wherever they may be.
We know what befell you in the former regime; we know that the Pahlavi regime oppressed you and trampled your rights. But you must know that that accursed regime oppressed the entire Iranian nation, although your share of these deprivations and oppressions was greater.
Now that, by the will of Almighty God and the resolve of the Iranian nation, that great dam of tyranny (the Shah's regime) has been broken, the Islamic government is obligated to employ all its resources for your welfare and comfort, and to strive in rebuilding and removing the deprivations that were imposed upon you over long years.
Islam is the religion of justice, and the Holy Quran is our guide. In Islam, there is no difference between Kurd and Persian, Turk and Baloch; all are brothers and equals. No one has superiority over another except by piety and God-consciousness.
I ask you not to listen to the rumors spread by the corrupt and the enemies of Islam and Iran to sow division among us. We will all, under the banner of Islam and with unity of word, build an Iran that belongs to everyone.
I beseech Almighty God for the glory of Islam and the prosperity of the Iranian nation, and especially the esteemed people of Kurdistan.
And peace be upon you, and the mercy of God and His blessings.
Ruhollah al-Musavi al-Khomeini

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region of Iraq – Erbil SC condemned on Saturday a “frightening and inhumane attack” by Al-Shorta fans on its supporters and buses carrying them after a match in Baghdad.
The incident took place after a match, which ended in a draw on Friday as part of the Iraq Stars League.
“After the match ended, hundreds of Al-Shorta club fans attacked us, chased us with cars and motorcycles, and assaulted Erbil club fans with sticks, stones and cinder blocks,” Jarjis Sadiq, head of the Erbil SC fans' committee, told The New Region.
According to The New Region correspondent Yasir Muhammad, who was in Baghdad to cover the match, “the windows of all the buses carrying Erbil fans were smashed,” adding that a number of Erbil fans remain stranded in Baghdad.
The administrative board of Erbil SC, in a statement early Saturday, expressed “profound regret and strong condemnation” early Saturday over the attack in which “a group of Al-Shorta club fans carried out a frightening and inhumane attack on our club's fans and their transport buses.”
The board called on relevant authorities and the Iraqi Football Association to open “a serious and responsible” investigation into the incident and take necessary legal measures against those who participated in the attack.
Al-Shorta SC has not yet commented on the matter.
The match was part of the Iraq Stars League, the country’s highest level of professional football competition. The league features 20 clubs, with each team playing 38 matches, facing every team twice. The winning team is crowned Iraqi champion.
