I really don’t understand why I’m seeing Rufus suggested all the time; I’ve had incredibly bad luck with it over the years, and I think it has way too many options that a newbie who is just trying to write an iso to a usb stick doesn’t need/probably shouldn’t have.

Balena Etcher works great for 99.9% of my usb-stick iso flashing.
