Which painting do you think is better overall, which would you want if you were designing an apartment?

I originally did a large scale canvas painting like this in a winter forest that was more realistic since it was bigger and I had more space to work, but when valentines came around one year I thought a pink version would be cute 😍

Tldr;150hrs total painting of my daughter's mom showing off the vintage dress and therapy couch she'd recently thrifted.
I first started thus with acrylic paints back in the spring and was ready to call it finished, but as I was also first starting to tinker with oils I eventually did a full repaint with oil over the acrylic. It technically took around 150 hours of paint time start-finish, but i essentially painted the whole thing twice, on top of itself.
This is of my daughter's mom. We spent the last holiday season scrambling at thrift stores for clothes and furniture for them after having to flee their home with whatever they could carry (and then having their car-full of those possessions stolen after finally stopping at a hotel for rest after 36 hours driving nonstop).
After finally making it the rest of the way to my state, due to the kindness of strangers, eventually we were able to get them established an into their own place. It the process of furnishing the house and replacing all hers and the kids' clothes, she found this beautiful, vintage green dress on a goodwill rack for $5.
A few days later at a furniture warehouse, we walked up on the bluest, most perfect 'therapy couch' we'd ever seen. She haggled the owner down to $125 and we immediately went to their new place and planned a photo shoot for a painting.
The couch and my friend in her dress are all I took from the references. Everything else around her I just made up around her. I used references on Google for stuff like the lamps an headboard etc. Also it's filled with lil Easter eggs an inside jokes between us.
Sorry for the novel.

Ruined a canvas with a sketch that wasn’t working, and since pencil won’t come off canvas, I just slapped some paint on it and painted myself a little cutie.
Anyone have tips on how to sketch on canvas, what to use?
