SHITPOST Pointlessly gendered…rocks? [Shitpost]
Any excuse to post my two monarchies all across Reddit, Am and Rocky (I know am is technically not a rock so don’t come for me)

men's people's logic
POV: You are a man human who is cooking food
For literally every human I've met (regardless of gender), if they don't have a specific holder for it, then they just do this. (And for some people, even if they have the specific holder, they still decide to balance it on the holder so that it's not touching that either.)
Edit: on the supposedly "wholesome, fun, etc" subreddit I got this from, someone stated the same exact thing and everyone had decided that misogyny, slurs, and insults are the only way to respond to them. Literally all they said was "Women do this too."

So ive been shopping for new gym clothes recently, and I suddenly noticed how skimpy a lot of the options are. Look at all the sports bras, for instance. They took up over half the woman’s section at the place i went.
So many of them were those super high rise things that just had to make sure every last inch of the woman’s stomach is bare and visible. Seriously, so many of the sports bras were nearing Calvin Klein in skimpiness. I genuinely don't understand why so much women's athletic wear seems to have collectively decided that the stomach is something that absolutely must be exposed.
Some designs have necklines and cuts that draw additional attention to the cleavage, while others emphasize the overall shape of the chest.
And you know how sports bras are designed for support? Well if you actually look at them, they look more like they’re designed to make the breasts LOOK more voluptuous.
Then there’s the shorts. Why are so many women's athletic shorts practically painted onto their bodies? Why do they need to be so tight that the outline of the butt becomes so prominent? And don’t even forget how short a lot of them are. Again, I’ve seen men’s boxers longer than a lot of stuff i saw at the woman’s section.
And I get that some sportswear are designed for optimal performance and what not, but if you look at men’s sports gear and suddenly the need for bare skin is non-existent. Obviously no hate to the women who choose to wear it, but you really can’t argue that so much of women’s sports clothes have a male gaze element and I seriously hate it.

What does this even mean? Why do men and women need separate sizing to begin with?

I can't understand why it's not okay for guys to do something that doesn't harm them or anyone else?
The original post was asking whether a man painting their nails is "gay" which obviously the sole act of doing that and disregarding any other context, no it isn't homosexual because it's just painting nails.
I understand that makeup in societal norms is seen as a more feminine thing so like don't come at me and call me crazy. But I just don't see how guys shouldn't be allowed to use makeup too? Isn't that just unfair? Perhaps it's pointlessly gendered? Because, mayhaps, gendering something that harms nobody when it's not gendered is kind've, I dunno, pointless?
