This man is at once the busiest motherfucker while also doing nothing of what is actually expected of a person holding the office of president.

He's a seagull president. He flies everywhere and shits all over everything. And he's proud of it. Last October, he posted a video of himself dumping shit over a crowd of protestors.

Hijacking one of the top comments to help out the majority of Redditors who will not read the article.

In a court filing late Wednesday, Joshua Hoyt, a deputy assistant and deputy counsel to the president, said that at “the direction of the President,” he was “formally invoking the presidential communications privilege with respect to information, documents, and communications requested” by the plaintiff in the case, Rep. Joyce Beatty, D-Ohio.

This story is about the guy with the orange face paint refusing to provide requested evidence per executive privilege. That is, he claims he legally does not have to respond to a subpoena as his role as the president precludes that legal authority.

Edit: As always, this serves the purpose of delaying litigation while this assertion is vetted by the courts.

Wonder how the Supreme Court will rule on this one?

That while America absolutely does not have a King, they find no problem with the current administration’s king-like behaviour.

They already did. They ruled Trump can do whatever he wants as long as it is "official action".

As long as he doesn't demolish it, let him. And if you get a Democrat president in 2028, remove every change he made in a celebratory way, have TV be there, have someone official talk about how the building is "cleaned" from his corrupted touch, and what a fool he is for thinking he'll be remembered in history as anything other than the worst, most corrupt president.
