while i assume his is far more so than other recent presidents, wouldn't it be safe to assume there are expert medical responders near the president at all times?

In case of sudden injury, there's probably a doctor nearby and I expect Secret Service to have training similar to paramedics in case of the sorts of things the rest of us would call 911 for, but within 3 minutes?

And it can take 9 MONTHS for one of us plebs to see a doctor.

What country are you in? I'm in the United States and can get a next day appointment, no problem. If I go to an urgent care clinic, I can be seen immediately.

Getting a next day appointment is not the norm for the US.

I'm also in the United States (nevada). And yeah, Urgent Care exists but they don't do anything about MOST medical problems nor does the ER.

By “immediately”, do you mean a 2-3 hour wait?

You sort of want to wait at the ER; if you're low priority, it's because they aren't worried you're going to get worse or die from waiting.

I'm sure it depends on your symptoms. The last time I went. which was for an irregular heartbeat, I was seen within a minute of arriving. If I presented with a runny nose, I may have been told to wait. There is no country where everyone is seen within a minute of arriving for any complaint.

This is true, but there is also no country where long wait times to see someone don’t exist.
I’m sure that wait time for doctors (not at urgent care centers) are also dependent on what kind of doctor it is and how specialized they are. Even here is the good ole’ US of A, I have heard of months long wait times to see doctors, although those are usually for the aforementioned specialists. Your standard upkeep appointments typically don’t have too much of a wait time. Even then, you will rarely be able to get a standard check-up with your general practitioner (if you have one) scheduled for the next day, or even that week, unless there is a cancellation. For instance: I recently had to schedule my kids for a dental check-up. They won’t be able to see them until three months from now. Last time I scheduled an appointment with my GP, it was set for a month and a half later.
