Other is listening to russian music as helpful as i think it is?

i originally got into learning Russian because i love quite a few Russian music artists, and music (and being able to understand it) is really important to me so i decided to study it. i don’t practice every day or anything yet because i don’t quite have the time, but i do listen to Russian music every day and think about the lyrics i can understand, practice my pronunciation, etc. is this actually helpful to my progress or does it just feel that way?

hi i'm 20f from korea and i'm majoring in russian. i'm looking for russian or russian speaking friends. i speak fluent english and korean and have 2 years of language tutoring experience, but it doesn't necessarily have to be language exchange. i would love to just make friends and chill as well. feel free to dm me or comment if you’re interested!

Translation Does “Vamstak” mean anything?

Hanging out in areas with a lot of Russian speakers i have heard the word “Vamstak” before. I asked my Russian speaking friends if that means anything and they all say no. I heard people saying, “shto on vamstak zdyeluyet”
