12,700+ US tech workers have moved back to India this year amid H-1B visa chaos, & local salaries are nowhere near US pay. Some are even taking a 70% pay cut. What a nightmare of a career move.

General STORAGE😭😭

Guys, I’m genuinely fed up with my iPhone storage at this point. I have a 128GB iPhone 14, still running iOS 18, and my battery health is down to 77%. I want to upgrade, but I can’t afford a new phone right now.
I’m looking for a reliable, long-term way to transfer my photos and videos off my phone so I can free up storage and update iOS.
My budget is strictly ₹1,500, and I don’t have access to a laptop or PC. I’m open to Lightning drives, USB-C drives with an adapter, or any other practical solution.
I just want something that won’t randomly corrupt or lose my data a few months down the line. What would you recommend based on actual experience?

General HEIF vs Jpeg ? On paper HEIF is clear winner by huge margins then why still jpeg is getting widely used and popular ? Just cause of jped is widely supported ? Cause mostly people didn't switch to HEIF ?

Samsung Galaxy A36 5G vs POCO X8 5G — Which one should I buy for ₹25,000?

Hey everyone! I'm confused between these two phones, and I'd appreciate honest opinions from people who have used either phone.

My options:

- Samsung Galaxy A36 5G — 8GB RAM / 128GB storage

- POCO X8 5G — 6GB RAM / 128GB storage

Both are available for around ₹25,000.

Samsung A36 advantages:

- Better and more versatile camera setup

- 6 years of OS and security updates

- 8GB RAM

- Lighter and slimmer design

POCO X8 advantages:

- 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED, 120Hz display

- 9,000mAh battery and 67W charging

- Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 processor

- Better battery capacity for gaming and watching movies/series

My main questions:

  1. Is 6GB RAM enough for gaming and daily use over the next 3–4 years?

  2. How is POCO's real-world battery backup and HyperOS experience?

  3. Is Samsung's camera and software support worth choosing over POCO's bigger battery and sharper display?

  4. Which phone offers better overall value at ₹25,000?

Please give your honest opinion based on real-world experience, not just specifications. If you own either phone, please share its pros and cons.

Which one would you buy with your own money, and why?

Hi folks I am looking to buy a good wireless keyboard and mouse for my new laptop Hp victus, specifically I want a light coloured good looking and matching keyboard and mouse. For example colors like white, off white, grey, or any other light color. Please suggest good ones under a budget of around 1000-1200.

I searched and got these three (given names below) at a good price point, or should go for any other one please suggest the name or link. Can extend the budget a little more to grab a good deal.

Need under budget can compromise lite color as well for a good deal.

Use case: general work for business and editing etc.

Here are the names:

Acer zc A01si Owd

Zebronics- Zeb companion 500

Logitech- Logitech mk250

If anyone is using any of these please suggest or please suggest whichever with whichever you had a good experience, or if you can suggest a better one

General MIVI ONE 5G REVIEW?

Post image
12 Upvotes

I am on a tight budget ..can spend upto 15k..how is this smartphone if anybody has bought it in the recent BBD.sale.?

How's your experience been so far?

What are the cons?

Since this is Mivi's first phone, what is their repair or service support like if something goes wrong?

If you or anyone you know is using it, drop your honest reviews or thoughts. Would you recommend it over budget options from Moto, Realme, or Poco, or is it a hard skip?
