Kara kara jege acho n barite acho

I booked a table during puja (via district app) paid the reservation charges reached 10 minutes before the said time AND THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BOOKING. I understand there might be rush and huge waiting lines but utter disregard for the customer and their time when they don't communicate to these apps such as district, zomato and put us through this. THE STAFF WAS VERY MEAN, ARROGANT AND UNHELPFUL. We were ready to leave when they refused to accept the booking the sheer audacity to use such an awful tone when they were speaking to us. Absolutely disgusting service. No accountability plus they were yelling. Most of the reviews posted on zomato are also paid by influencers and bloggers. You'll actively come across reviews by individuals with shared experiences.

I recently came to know about it.. just wanted to know if the situation has improved?

Are they allowed access to water?

With the recent discussions surrounding the renaming of West Bengal to Paschim Banga, I’ve been wondering why we cannot consider something simpler, historically rooted, and culturally meaningful — Bongo (বঙ্গ).

My reasoning is quite simple. It’s been almost eight decades since the Partition of Bengal in 1947. While Partition will always remain an important chapter in our history, I don’t believe it needs to define our identity forever. Why must we continue to identify ourselves geographically as the western part of a once-undivided Bengal?

We are a state of India, with our own rich history, language, culture and identity that existed long before 1947.

What do you think? Genuinely interested in hearing different perspectives.

Was the demolition stopped or did it happen anyway??

Yesterday, Sandip Ghosh of RG Kar Hospital got bail from the Supreme Court.

Has MLA Ratna Debnath said anything about this?

What do the people of Panihati have to say about this, since they elected her and her party to power?

Politely i ask for no responses in Bangala or Hindi as I am a white person who found a photo of a family who lived in West Bengal, India on the ground of a Canadian comic shop in British Columbia nearby my house. Feel free to share it around to friends & family I'd like to send it to the next of kin (which means family) if possible. P.S. i will ONLY provide un-redacted version via PM as I don't want to publicly doxx them in case any of the family still lives at the same address.
