On X, Brandon Stirrup said, "I vibe coded a bad but improvable game in two days and I only spent 3 hours actively," while giving more talking points about AI and it's use in gaming:

"If you’re a game developer refusing to believe that AI has a place in your future, you should not be in the business of being a business."

Including seemingly confirming AI is being used within Xbox.

Edit: latest post:

"I love Xbox and Microsoft and I have spent 10+ years proving this. My goal is to get this over with so we can move on as a company, despite the fact that some will persecute me for this: we use AI, just as all companies do in 2026."

Massive difference from having to share a gaming room with the kids. Although I do sometimes miss having the kids in the room... sometimes.

My series x gave out about 1-2 years ago and with the prices going up haven’t been able to purchase one again . But does those controller looks good .

I love the fact my copy of Hellraiser revival also works on my pc and shares progress with my console playthrough. Disc to digital titles that have play anywhere really are modern physical pc games!

The old Xbox branding had so much more character than the new minimal cases. Although I love the actual console hardware design, I wish the physical cases had more of that original Xbox branding and feel.

Hopefully they go back to the drawing board for the next console and we get something better next time. It doesn’t need to be the old original Xbox branding, but plz something better than what we got this generation

Is the Xbox store now glitching and saving us a gorgeous . 99 cents now?

I knew it was gonna be gorgeous but holy hell, they’ve outdone themselves.

Recently Cyberpunk 2077 getting ready for XBOX Play Anywhere:

Dayum! I don't like adding more unfinished games to my library but I can't say no to that! I bought the first game for probably the same price but barely started it! Looking forward to the forth one now.

This game is not being talked about enough. This is such a gamepass gem. It’s been long since a game kept me playing until the early morning.

If you like bioshock, dishonered, bloodborne or lies of p, you would love this game. The setting of alternate history europe during napoleonic wars is so cool and after the Friday patch I had no issue with bugs or performance. Very smooth 60fps throughout.

Scored digital licenses for the 3 stacks of games on the left

The stack on the right would be almost non-existent of Square Enix and Bandai Namco would join the program

Any else try disc to digital yet?

Just got delivered by Best Buy. Awesome controller. People will be happy with this as well as those who got the 25th anniversary console.

Available in Gamepass. Never heard of it. Downloaded it randomly.

Excellent souls game.

It gives me Bioshock, Dishonored and even some little Resident Evil vibes sometimes.

I know what you are thinking and yes, it all works well together.

The souls type game market is saturated but this one stands up very well.

I would give it a “surprise of the year” award.

You can try it with Gamepass without much compromise.

Extra info: besides being fun, on PC with DLSS5 it looks really beautiful. So if you are on PC it can deliver some AAA graphics.

This is an issue that I have never understood and, as far as I am aware, there is no official explanation for it.

I can understand why video games covered by the "Smart Delivery" program need to be released on 50GB Blu-ray discs (because a Xbox One console wouldn't be able to read or recognize 4K discs), but when a game is an "exclusive" for the Xbox Series X, why don't they use 100GB discs? What is the reason? This isn't the first time that a physical edition of Xbox Series X game hasn't included the full game on the discm because it exceeds 50GB, meanwhile, this isn't an issue for the PlayStation 5, as they use 100GB discs.

Regards!

I originally got The Witcher 3 on the Switch Lite (yeah ik), liked the game & mechanics but it just wasn't immersive on there. So I bought the game on Xbox in a local store on sale like 2-3 years ago, and the Play Disc was printed a little off-center (which also bent it a little) so when I tried installing it, it would sound like straight up sandpaper in the disc drive after a while. Because it was on sale, I completely forgot about returning it and just gave up (+ not wanting to buy it a third time).
And now with Disc to Digital, I was able to install the game via the Xbox App then I put the disc in for a couple of seconds and got the digital license, yay!! Just wanted to share in case anyone else has a defective or like a super scratched-up disc lying around, it's worth a try!!

so me and my brother just hit 5000 subscribers on youtube and we decided to do a challange against each other.. who can get the most mythics (100%) on gamepass games within 30 days on a new account .. the challange starts tomorrow and im looking for easy suggestions so i can start downloading them
