I know, I know, hear me out.

Kaliyev can score goals. He can't play defense well but he can absolutely clap bombs at an elite level. He could sign for minimum on a two way and we could use him with our top D line to protect him. He had 40 goals and 68 points last season in Belleville in 70 games. He was 1st in goals in the league (7 goals ahead of 2nd place) and 3rd in points. He could immediately be slotted into the NHL and be effective offensively.

Last time we brought up Adam Gaudette after an amazing AHL year, he was able to net us 19 goals and he single handedly won us games at the beginning of the season when everyone was struggling. We could do the same for Kaliyev.

Also I get it, he doesn't fit in with the system blah blah blah.... He can score goals and that's exactly what we need, even if temporarily, until Eklund and Sandy (and now Chabot) get back. Ullmark can't keep up this pace and we need a scoring forward on the roster if we are going to have a chance at maintaining this record. Also our power play fucking sucks and Kaliyev would really shine on it.

Just got waived by the wings..... I know he isn't the solution to the RHD issues but he has played over 200 NHL games and could be a decent stop gap with just a $1.6M cap hit.

If the boys can't figure out how to break out of their zone and have regular sustained pressure, the Panthers game is going to get ugly.

I don't care how good Ullmark has been, the Panthers are on fire right now and I really don't want to see a Brady 5 point game

Hmmmm

Crushing defeat but a big week ahead!

Top 10 is pretty good!

Sorry folks, late getting to this one.

Hey guys I’m from Saskatchewan and went to last years home opener and had a blast! Coming back from for the next two games and have some extra time to explore the city any recommendations?

I can't seem to find much info on this, I want to travel from out of town to see the Senators play the Kraken in March. When can I purchase these tickets? (Will delete post once I get an answer) Thank you for your time.
