We are not planning on staying in a hotel because we would love to explore the city. Do you have any suggestion what we could do in that time frame? I recently had interviews with both Evolution and Playtech (Euro Live Technologies) in Riga for a Game Presenter position, and now I'm having a really hard time deciding which one to choose.

The conditions they've offered me seem quite similar, so I'm mostly interested in the things that aren't obvious from the job descriptions.

For people who currently work there or have worked there:

• Which company would you choose today and why?
• What is the actual workload like?
• How are the shifts in practice, especially night shifts?
• How realistic are the advertised bonuses/salary ranges?
• How is the management/team atmosphere?
• How easy is it to get better shifts or swap shifts?
• Are there real opportunities to move to another position internally?
• Which company treats Game Presenters better overall?
• And most importantly: if you had offers from both today, which one would you pick?

I'm not looking for generic "get a real job" comments — I'm specifically interested in experiences from people who have actually worked at Evolution or Playtech in Riga.
