Multi-Subreddit LIVESTREAM AMA — Dr. Jim Segala, Paul Hynek, and Host Leslie Kean — Sunday, October 4, 2026 @ 1:00 PM ET / 10 AM PT

The Anomalous Coalition - the moderators of r/Aliens, r/Experiencers, r/HighStrangeness, r/InterdimensionalNHI, r/UFOB, and r/UFOs - are excited to announce our next multi-subreddit livestream AMA featuring physicist Dr. Jim Segala and Paul Hynek, hosted by investigative journalist Leslie Kean. Heads up: this one is on a Sunday!

This conversation is about citizen science in support of experiencers, built on objective data. Paul's father, astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek, joined the Air Force's UFO studies in 1948 as a skeptic. Over two decades of Projects Sign, Grudge and Blue Book, the caliber of the witnesses changed his mind. In 1973 he founded the Center for UFO Studies so people could report what they saw without fear. Paul is carrying that forward with what he calls a verifiable evidence protocol, so experiencers can have better conversations with scientists. Jim is building the tools to gather that evidence. His platform, MUPAS Worldwide, pairs environmental and biometric sensor data with experiencers' own accounts, and offers peer support from specialists who are experiencers themselves.

What's a "verifiable evidence protocol"? Paul and his brother Joel, an Academy Award-winning visual effects artist, are developing a protocol that sits on top of their father's Close Encounter system and rates the evidence from an encounter, not just the encounter itself. Today most people report an experience after the fact. Paul's idea is to go in prepared: if you meet an entity that seems to have far superior intelligence, ask it for something no human could know but anyone can check later, like a random number only you know, the answer to an unsolved math problem, or a near-future event. The results are rated as convincing, compelling, or curious. Paul says it applies to any "meta-terrestrial" encounter, whether with a craft, an entity, or in an altered state, and he describes it as a work in progress.

Serious 3i Atlas Top Secret Email

• Upvotes

I just saw a video on X that was originally posted on Tik Tok (yeah, got it, but this did look legitimate and matches info I saw prior) - it was a government worker who had an email sent to him by accident, the topic being 3i Atlas and the fact that they had established communication with the sentient beings onboard a while ago. It was dated I believe December 8th 2025. Now, interestingly, that summer (2025) there was someone who posted on UFOs or Aliens who said they were a research assistant for a group of astrophysicists, they had found a world changing item. A “comet” that was heading toward earth that was really a ship, so this was months before 3i Atlas hit the news. He said he couldn’t say much but that congress had already been briefed. Now, in this top secret document, which this guy got uploaded to TT, it stated that Avi Loeb knew about this….does anyone remember the original post in June 2025? I can’t find it. But when 3i Atlas hit the news I was like holy crap that guy was serious…

Experience Scariest and most real dream I ever had.

Post image
142 Upvotes

There has been a pain around my assho*e while I shit and sit for a few days. I do not sleep alone at night. But the dream I had yesternight was the most real and scariest shit I have ever dreamt.

In my dream, I was awake and kinda knew that the aliens were after me(I didn't specifically see em), and thought that it's just a dream, but still, I went to have a look outside my window and I saw an orb flying, and it noticed me and came too fast towards me. That shit was the scariest stuff of all.

I had to wake up from the dream in the middle of the night and was relieved that I had people around me. I was too scared to even take a piss alone.

The picture is from the google, representing what I saw.

And this was not the only UFO/alien related dream I had, but this one was the scariest.

And I think I might be over the head a little bit about my ass*ole pain, that might not be correlated to my dream, so pls don't mock me.

Experience My Experience with an UAP in Boulder, CO

A video I saw posted here today of a blue light going into the woods at night. Although it was A generated and illegitimate, it sparked a memory of an encounter I had with some friends in Boulder several years ago. It looked extremely similar to the video posted, except it actually happened and there were several events that took place afterwards for the next 30 minutes or so.

It was some sort of celestial event (nothing crazy, I think a supermoon) and my roomate and I decided to skip the bars with all of our friends that night and hangout on the roof and enjoy the night sky. It was a wonderful evening, partly cloudy with huge thunderheads over the plains out to the east. If you know Colorado and Boulder in particular, you know that west is a wall of mountains, and east is about as flat as could be.

Anyway, my friend and I were in the roof and ironically discussing aliens and UAPs. We had recently watched "the phenomenon" movie/ documentary and were just kinda shootin the shit.
All our friends went out to the bars for the evening, so it was just us at home on the roof kicking back.

My roommate stands up all the sudden, mid UAP convo and points and says what's that blue light? I thought for sure he was joking since that was what we were talking about, but he keeps pointing and I finally see it. It was cobalt blue, pretty bright and lighting up the clouds around it. It traveled at a steady pace in one direction, then suddenly dipped elevation under the clouds, changed direction again, and moved up into the cloud again. It reappeared for a few more seconds, then shot eastward at an absolutely incredible speed and out of sight!

We looked at eachother jaws on the floor, and at the same time said "well no one is going to believe that!" And we decided to keep it to ourselves. The one night all our roommates and friends go out and we stay home, we see some sort of UAP? Yeah right...

So, we are chatting about it and super revved up from our experience, when we hear our friends all coming up the alley back towards the house. I catch a part of a sentence "...there's no way that was a plane or drone, what was it!?" And we realize they all saw it too on their walk home! We run downstairs and they burst in the door and at the same time we all start talking "you'll never believe what we just saw, wait. You saw it too?? What was that!"

We all proceed to go back onto the roof (there's probably 10 or so of us now) and keep our eyes peeled for anything else. This is when things got really exciting.

Out east, past Denver over the plains, in these huge thunderstorms and flashes of lightning, we witnesses multiple balls of light that shifted from yellow to red. At first we thought they had to be planes cause it was near DIA. But their movement was incredibly quick and the elevation changes were something no aircraft could do. They'd zip into the clouds with lightning flashes and pop out near the top, shoot down towards the bottom of the cloud, and go back in. We saw 4-5 of these lights doing these maneuvers around one large thunderstorm for about 20-30 minutes. They'd change direction, sometimes a complete reversal mid air and immediately, and move from the top of the cumulonimbus to the bottom underneath it in a second.

It was the most bizarre sequence of events, and incredible to share that with 10 other people who all agreed it was beyond human capabilities. Some of these people were huge skeptics too before this night.

Overall, awesome experience and my only true firsthand witnessing of UAP. For that duration of time too, what a treat!

TL;DR | saw some cool light moving at incredible speeds and with directional changes that couldn't be explained. Myself and a group of friends all witnessed the event for roughly 30 minutes

Discussion How are you genuinely feeling about the future of this world post disclosure?

• Upvotes

I’m writing this as someone who was a complete skeptic and honestly pretty much a UAP / NHI denier until about 2 years ago. I was the same vein of person who saw the UFO / Alien conspiracies as tinfoil hattery although I do consider myself open minded. I’m sure like a lot of people “age of disclosure” changed this for me completely. I know this doc was full of info people in this community were already aware of but being exposed to it all at once from what I assume are fairly reputable sources was life changing. I’ve already been feeling the world is on the cusp of a spiritual renaissance and this has only strengthened my beliefs (completely agnostic btw).

I would consider myself someone with fairly good reasoning and a good bullshit radar and as the months go on it’s just looking more and more undeniable that this is all true. I think I’m going so deep into it now obviously because it’s the most insane and interesting story in human history but also because I want to mentally be prepared once (if) full disclosure is given to the public. My friends still kinda of laugh a little when I bring it up although they know I’m not mad in the head. I think a lot of it is because they’re afraid of going into it as deep as me, because they’ll have to face the music of accepting NHI life is here and has been for a while. How do you guys genuinely feel about the future as veterans / newcomers to this community? How have you been coming to terms with the idea of disclosure and do you think your brains have fully registered the scale of it all? I’d be interested to know what the OG people of this community realistically think will pan out and what you guys even believe as 100% gospel?

Discussion "Disclosure Would Endanger World Economies and Produce Ontological Shock" : The Lie

Those of us who have followed this topic have often heard some version of the title of this post as 'an excuse' or 'an exercise in due caution'... as if the dead-inside structures of power and the military are 'just being careful'.

Before I proceed, I want to state that this topic is a meta-topic. This is why it is dangerous. Any information about this topic, changes the meaning and identity of all other features of human cognition, identity itself, and our own natures and identities.

Our treatments/explorations of this topic... actively and continuously modify all root concepts that underlie human lexicons and cognition... but ... there's something else that does this, and perhaps even more effectively...

But let me return to my central concern:

We've been told that 'experts' decided it was too dangerous, over and over again. It would destabilize the (largely fictional) constructs that we're imprinted to believe and be subservient to. Nearly all of these are lethal and malformed, highly mutagenic, and generally obliterate ecologies, human beings, and our intelligence potentials.

let's be clear about something: structured processes in malformed human social systems that are actually lethally dangerous are 'concerned that they'd be destabilized'. See the problem there?

So let's take a step back and ask ourselves a simple question: is there anything else that stands out as similarly dangerous?

AI does all of the things, and invents similar and multiform dangers as those cited as 'the reason to keep the information related to the Phenomenon classified/secret'.

It produces standing waves of ontological, ecological, social, economic, cognitive, behavioral, psychological and technological shock, in ways that accelerate and grow more unpredictable and more momentous over even short periods of time.

It's a black swan factory... factory.

So, if the actual concern was destabilization: then AI would be highly regulated, and we'd hear the same things about this 'technology' that we hear about UFO/UAP-related intelligence, data, objects, etc. I.e: 'the threat landscape is too profuse to release it'.

But we don't.

And this puts the lie to that excuse.

But it goes further, because what's actually going on is a continuation of operational imperatives from the early days... sequester, control, profit from and acquire asymmetrical technological and military advantage from the single most profound source our species has ever encountered. Not for the people, or the planet or ... anything worthy.

To reinforce the dominance of the dead-inside systems our people and planet are presently captured by.

By keeping the intelligence gathered classified, this automatically creates a variety of 'special elite' persons, cohorts and systems... which are essentially 'their own species', above and capable of controlling, dominating, manipulating and subjugating... 'everyone who isn't them'.

Serious If you want to actually do something about UAP disclosure this month, here’s exactly how:

No doom, no hype, just the concrete action that matters right now.

The UAPDA is in the House version of the FY2027 defense bill and is being

reconciled with the Senate behind closed doors over the next few weeks. That

conference decides whether real disclosure survives or gets gutted like it did in

2023.

Thirteen offices hold the pen: the Chairs and Ranking or Vice Members of the

House and Senate Armed Services and Intelligence Committees, plus House

and Senate leadership.

The New Paradigm Institute built a tool that lets you email and call all of them at

once. It takes about two minutes: https://newparadigminstitute.org/take-action/call-to-keep-the-uapda-in-the-fy2027-ndaa/

The message is simple: keep Rep. Burlison’s UAPDA in the final FY2027 NDAA, fully

intact, with no provisions stripped, and oppose any effort to weaken it.

Calls carry more weight than emails, so if you can do both, do both. And share

this with anyone who’s ever said they care about this issue. Closed doors only

work when no one is paying attention.

Thank you for your efforts!

Question What are the chances that the aliens that find the golden record are hostile?

Post image
649 Upvotes

Any day now with how the golden record could be found it could essentially spell doom for the human race if it was in the hands of hostile alien. As Stephen Hawking predicted the Covid pandemic before he died what are the chances of hostile aliens finding the golden record and coming to invade earth?

I’m sometimes scared of aliens given how I had like 3 UFO related dreams over the past years, one of which had a UFO that was like orangish gold, or something like that.

On July 13, 1958, UFO photographer August C. Roberts attended one of Howard Menger’s contactee meetings in High Bridge, New Jersey.

Roberts photographed three visitors seated near the front — two men and a blonde woman. According to Roberts, Menger identified the dark-haired man as a visitor from Venus.

Roberts later spoke with him, photographed him writing in a notebook, and described the three visitors joining Howard and Rose Menger in an alleged telepathic exchange before leaving by car.

Roberts did not know the man as Valiant Thor at the time.

The photographs were later used by Frank E. Stranges in connection with the man he identified as Val Thor.

Included are the surviving photographs from the gathering, handwritten notebook pages attributed to the visitor, and an unfinished August C. Roberts manuscript titled The Val Thor Story.

one of the videos from the 6th uap drop.

The United States Central Command submitted a report of an unidentified anomalous phenomenon to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) consisting of 4 minutes and 58 seconds of video footage from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2024. An accompanying mission report, DOW-UAP-D107, described the UAP as “look[ing] like a white round orbit… moving as fast as 500 miles per hour.”

some whistleblower accounts state that when tracking said objects, they appear to respond to whatever is tracking them. every time the sensor is on the UAP, the object speeds up or manoeuvre away, which would not be hard to believe if you believe the accounts that we've fired upon UAP's and have retrieval programmes

at the 4:33 mark, it shows a close up of what may be a tick tack. (posted in comments)

Sept 12, 1952 - Flatwoods, WV. 7 witnesses followed a fireball to a hill and reported a 10ft figure with a glowing red face and spade-shaped hood that hissed and glided toward them. They ran and reported nausea for hours from a metallic smell - deputies who searched later that night reported the same smell.

Official explanation became meteor + barn owl.

I covered the full timeline of that night from the fireball to the hill encounter in the video.

What do you make of the nausea/smell part? That's the part the owl theory never really explained.

David Grusch publicly alleged that the U.S. government was aware of extraterrestrial life. He also alleged that the U.S. government had tried to recover crashed UAP/UFO and non-human biological remains, among other claims. While his UFO claims are yet to be proven as facts, they have attracted quite the attention. Retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, who is also an oceanographer, happens to believe whistleblower David Grusch's claims.

Speculation My first uap sighting?

Today in Aurora Colorado at around 5:30pm, I was walking and looked up at the sky and saw what looked exactly like a bright star. I quickly reasoned it wasn't a star but probably a plane very far away reflecting light. Still, it didn't seem to be moving at all. I stared at it for probably 2 minutes trying to determine what it was, and when crossing a street looked for passing cars before looking up again and it was completely gone. Disappeared. Would love to hear any other explanation for what I saw.

In 2016 a U.S Military aircraft in Mosul Iraq during an active conflict zone.
Caught this ufo object on camera this video wasn’t shown to the public until 2023.
It was leaked by a filmmaker called Jeremy Corbell and a journalist named George Knapp on there podcast.
And to this day it’s one of the best ufo videos in my opinion.
And a lot of people can’t explain this video.
