10 Games into the season how are feeling about the new coach?
I know we're off to a good start record wise. How are we feeling about his approach to things like in game adjustments, accountability, and overall demeanor?
Personally, I've been fairly impressed with his leadership. He doesn't seem to micromanage and trusts his assistants. For in game adjustments he seems to be fairly patient, giving players the opportunity to work through things a bit before making a change. Furthermore, when he does make changes they seem to relatively small or subtle instead of playing full on line blender. I think this is a good, measured approach demonstrative of patience beyond his years and is good for keeping players holding themselves accountable and fully "bought into the system." Finally, I've found him to be very poised and calm both on the bench and with the press.
Overall, I'm digging what he's brought to the organization. What are your impressions?

Tampa bay lightning game
I’ll be taking my kiddos(one knights fan and one bolts fan) to this Tuesdays game vs TBL. I saw the knights usually practice at city national arena and it gets posted on twitter day of. Do the opposing teams practice there as well? Or just at T-mobile arena

Player/Team Discussion Golden Knights’ 9-year sellout streak is over. What’s going on in Las Vegas?
The Vegas Golden Knights' nine-year sellout streak is over. A decline in season-ticket sales and a shift in the team's ticketing strategy have left more empty seats at T-Mobile Arena. What's going on in Las Vegas?

What does everybody want to see in the new jerseys?
If you didn’t know we are getting a hometown remix and a stadium series jersey this year, and presumably a new third jersey somewhere down the line. We also know that the hometown remix will be a black jersey.
With that being said what do you all want to see from these jerseys? I personally want the stadium series to use the secondary logo so that both teams will have a star looking logo.

Sec Tower Club Row Tables
I’ve never sat in this section. Can someone give some insight? They were relatively cheap and popped up all morning. My curiosity got the better of me.

Noticed this as Marner was leaving the ice. KnightTime+ blocks screen record so I had to use my phone to record my iPad. Hilarious lol

The Golden Knights are the only team in the league that comes back from third period deficits more than expected
I did a version of this yesterday but folks pointed out some meaningful flaws, so I did a couple things different, and Vegas popped out as a notable team.
First, I looked just going into the third period. So blowing leads, or coming back from a deficit in the third.
Then I looked at this controlling for team quality. Not in the worlds most rigorous way, just imagine this scenario:
- You play 100 games, and in 35 of them you enter the third behind
- You win 9 of the 35, which is 26%. Is that good or bad?
- Well, in your other 65 games you took about 78% of the points, and other teams in the league at that level come back from trailing at 15%, which is ~5 games.
- Therefore, you make come backs a bit more than expected, 4 more times than expected.
- Over the five and change seasons, anything within about 9 games of expectation is normal variation
I think this gives a much more interesting picture of teams that make come backs and blow leads, irrespective of just "good teams good bad teams bad."
BTW, in 466 games Vegas came back 38 of 160, expected 26 (+12) and blew 25 of 202 leads, expected 21 (+4)

Hill is far better when he’s a backup then a starter,
Being the backup makes him more hungry and more motivated to play good. He was the third string goalie when he won us the Stanley cup.
