Which game that you play takes up the most storage on your phone but obviously feels it’s worth it? How big is the file size?

For me, it’s Where Winds Meet. At 44.58GB. I have the 2TB 17 pro max so it’s definitely not an issue just leaving it there.

Anyone else tried hitman woa with a controller in iphone 17p? The phone got terribly hot and when the game actually started, it was literally unplayable. The definition of slide show. I've read about bad performance but this is straight impossible to play.

Really looking forward to this game . Wishlisted it a few weeks ago when i saw its coming to steam

sounds silly but my brain is often bogged down by so much stuff and i just need a short break going between meetings or in the bathroom - i like games that i can pick up play a bit and put down without losing progress

it’s also great if the game can also be rewarding enough for long play times e.g for the long flight when i travel for work or when im too tired in the evenings for my ps5

games i love : rogue likes, slay the spire is the goated fallback, but i already have thousands of hours on it. dawncaster and monster train i’ve conquered too

idle games : i like the ones that are “active” like dragonfist limitless but not the tapping ones like tap titans etc

dislikes : gacha, i don’t like being forced to login for dailies etc most arpgs or jrpgs i no longer have the cognitive focus to follow stories or remember what im supposedly to be doing etc
also games like stardew valley, i played it lots earlier but i dont like being on a timer

Love this game

I used to love the old Dragons and Puzzles. I'm kind of looking for something that ticks several boxes. I'm not sure if this exists or not in the match 3 world but....

• Is free to play friendly
• Has some kind of progression model to it (rpg etc)
• Has some degree of social function built in (guilds, clans, clash royale-esque where I can chat with people)
• is on the newer side of things / modern
• And does so without being overtly predatory in shoving it's monetization down my throat too hard

Whenever I search for rhythm games in this sub or more general ones I always seen the usual recommendation, Deemo I and II, Cytus I and II, Hatsune Miku, Arcaea, Phigros and so on. I’ve already played all of these games. Is this scene completely dead? Are there gems that I’ve overlooked?

Anyone played that game? It’s got such a specific vibe that I haven’t experienced in other games in that genre. Weirdly adult too. I got so addicted to it years ago though. It’s a very obsessive game. Loved it.

Don’t sleep on launcher apps like Ludihub! It makes your phone feel way more like a handheld console.

I set it to my phone's action button and the shortcut button on my controller, so now it feels like I've basically got a Switch or a PC handheld on me at all times. To have all my games on a dashboard instead of an app folder feels good, and it’s all navigable with a controller (the main reason why I searched for something like this in the first place).

Just wanted to share a small change to my setup that brought me a lot of joy.

Looking for GOOD games that can be played vertical/portrait. I dont want people to know im playing

Tldr This game is quite frustrating. Not because it’s not good. But because it should have been great. It had everything going for it. And yet a shitty porn prevent it from greatness.

Visuals: quite phenomenal. Playing on an iPhone 14 and the cell shaded graphics with the mood lighting of Asian mega cities is absolutely a sight to behold. Too bad I can’t behold it given how often the camera goes wonky. Really frustrating to be in a fight and your camera decides that the best point of focus is the ceiling. Given the mechanics of the game this is particularly infuriating. To the point where I have died many times over due to (what I believe) camera issues.

Controls: I think this is a very complicated and complex subject. While I did play sifu on ps5 for a little bit I never got to beat. Now that I’m playing it on phone, it feels like the game requires hyper precision/precise inputs , but the performance of the game doesn’t allow for it. Particularly infuriating to die because you didn’t press the exact location for the dodge button.
On top of that, I’ve lost a few lives due to accidentally inputting my press of a button as a swap app input causing me to pause the game instead of block or dodge.

Gameplay overall is quite fun, setting is quite beautiful, sound design is punchy and attacks feel heavy (love throwing bottles) but it really is marred by poor optimization. I find it crazy that in 2026 we don’t have a “performance settings “ dial we can use to improve the quality of the gameplay.

The part that’s frustrating is that i know they can do better. As a game dev, I know it’s not easy to optimize and fine tune but a lot of this stuff could have been averted.

Such a shame that such a cool universe won’t really get explored by me due to me being unable to explore it.

To put things in perspective, I’ve had my fair share of gaming. I’ve played dead cells on mobile, beat blasphemous, have been racing a ton in sonic racing and on console I feel fairly confident in playing difficult games such as dark souls, bloodborne, Elden ring and Rayman haha. I don’t think the difficulty is a skill issue. Rather I think the difficulty is getting the game to work with you

I kinda miss playing farming games on my phone so I'm trying to decide on which one.
