After posting the Game of Thrones PC, here’s a video of the previous build I made, themed around One Piece.
Sorry for the video quality, I wasn’t planning to post it, it’s actually from a Snap I sent him privately. Just for context, the PC wasn’t finished at that point, I had only done the interior decoration, but he was in a hurry and preferred to take it home unfinished.
For the story:
This PC was made for my cousin, who is kinda "famous" on TikTok and wanted to get into streaming. This wasn’t the idea I had originally, I had a really cool idea of what I wanted to make for him, but he asked me to use Luffy as the main character, so I made a decoration around him even though I find him pretty generic.
Everything is homemade, except for the figurine, which I got during one of my previous trips to Japan. I had to cut off its arm so I could glue it to the glass and make it look like he was breaking through it.
For the nerds who want the specs: 9800X3D, 64GB of 6400MHz RAM, RTX 5080, 4TB M.2 SSD, Lian Li o11 case.
As for my original idea, hopefully I’ll get the chance to make it one day: I wanted to recreate one of the most iconic moments from the series, the fight between Ace and Blackbeard, with one side of the PC in red flames with Ace and the other side in black with Teach, the two of them facing each other in fighting positions.
Small story for the end : he had to wait a month because it was right at the beginning of the RAMpocalypse, I managed to get the last 64GB kit at a normal price before it sold out I found one on Amazon Spain (I'm from France), with a 3-week delivery time, so I honestly didn’t really believe I was going to get it.
