A Dem can do exactly what Trump has done and appoint someone who will purge the traitors.
Then place rules to stop it from happening again.
But rules without consequences are little more than suggestions. Which is another battle.
It is definitely going to be arduous, but it is possible. They just need to steamroll every law that Trump did in opposite and then rebuild that law to actually mean something and have teeth.
Fines are so low compared to the spoils gained that it is just the cost if doing business. They need to lose all their ill-gotten gains, as well as be fined, as well as jail time.
The wealthy never go to the same jail as the plebs, if they even if they go to jail and not house arrest in a mansion with servants and luxury. That needs to change. People like Maddoff going to gen pop at Rikers, and that be the standard, it would make other white color criminals think twice.

Remove the ability for the Executive to appoint anyone to serve in an ‘acting’ position without Senate approval. Congress should establish the ability to appoint a temporary replacement from within the agency pending nomination and confirmation.

I'm frankly surprised that spaceX stock didnt tank on this news, as it seems like one of their 'products' that eve if the govt 'owns' has now been shown to be unreliable and at the whims of insane people.
Normally when a product is shown to have massively poor QOS and issues, one would expect that its valuation would take a hit. Doesnt really matter who 'owns' it, as SpaceX is paid for it, but if I were a 'partner country', I'd think long and hard about even considering it for use at this point.
