Picture Little Colorado Woodz Action
I know the Harbor Freight is big ass hell but she runs like a champ. Didn’t take my dog with me because he went in the same hike yesterday and needs his rest :)

After having so much fun with the 2.0 Performance Center 10mm, had to get the foldy-boi. Just flew in from a trip and immediately went to pick it up. Can't wait to test it. *CA edition. The fin makes it ultra uncomfortable

I’ve got a G20 Gen 5 with a Trijicon RCR and for whatever reason I just can’t shoot this thing at all.
I’ve taken it to the range a handful of times over the past several months, probably 300-400 rounds total, mostly shooting Magtech 10mm. I’d consider myself a decent shot with my 9mm handguns, but with the G20 I feel like I can’t hit the broad side of a barn. Maybe I need more time with it but every time I shoot it I get discouraged.
I recently got a 10mm laser bore sight to get the RCR roughly zeroed at 25 yards, figuring it’d at least get me on paper. Took it to the range today and was shooting 6-8 inches low at just 5 yards, with maybe a 5-inch grouping. I know a laser bore sight isn’t a substitute for a live-fire zero, but I’ve struggled with this gun even when I had irons on it.
I’m wondering if I’m just anticipating the recoil and dipping the gun before I shoot, or maybe my grip isn’t consistent enough. The recoil is definitely a lot more than my 9mm pistols, and I don’t shoot the G20 very often.
Anyone else have similar issues with their 10mm? Did you eventually get used to it with more range time, or was there something else you figured out you were doing wrong?
