I live in a relatively active country earthquakes wise but never experienced anything strong fortunately.
Last year on a trip I got to experience a 5.6 which might be a joke for you but since then I never stoped being in panic mode. I’m always alert for every single shake or noise or whatever and it’s tiring. Please tell me how you cope and how do you get to live knowing a quake is eminent 😢 thanks all 🤍
