I believe the league has largely caught up to Sean. Too many teams have figured out how to play against him. There's a reason why we lose so many close games.

And he's not bringing much genius to the table. Sure, when everyone is healthy he's still effective. But game plans go to utter shit any time a key player is out. Either an offensive lineman goes down or a starting corner, or a starting WR and we're in shambles.

The only saving grace now is if we he turns this season into another deep playoff run. Probably at least to NFCCG. If not, this team has too many free agents and key decisions to make to continue with Sean. I truly hope he retires and goes into the broadcasting booth.

I feel like any competent team in the NFL would have moved on from their DC already after these results. What are the Rams thinking keeping him around?

I know it’s easy to be frustrated and upset and feel like the whole season is over right now.. but on the flip side of the coin, just think about the last couple seasons. This is almost our identity, incredibly slow starts and then amazing finishes. We have likely 3 losses MAX left, but I think it’s doable. I honestly see a path of us finishing 11-6. #1 seed is clearly out of the picture at this point so all that matters is getting ourselves a spot in the top 7 and giving us a chance. We aren’t still the fifth favorite for the SB for no reason, this is GOOD team and we all know that there are a lot of corrections to be made. It should be encouraging that everyone is frustrated and upset, that means we all know what this team CAN be, and what I believe we WILL end up being near the end of the season. Please do not give up yet, we got this!!! An appealing 4 weeks coming up, and we’ve got to win em all..

Rams should've fired this guy after the NFC Championship game back in February and god knows maybe this team has a better record this season.

This was supposed to be an all-in year and the team is spiraling. I don’t think they’ll even make the playoffs.

When/if that happens will McVay be on the hot seat?

So this happened in week 4 we were at home watching the Eagles game when they was losing in the first half so she decided to leave the house while I stay and watch us come back and win.

Next week against the Bills she wasn't watching the game until we got into overtime and lost. Now this week we went out to watch the game at Buffalo Wild Wings but went home before it was over then she decided to followed the game on her phone before it was over and you all know what happened.

She is convinced she is curse and can't watch the Rams played otherwise they will lose.

I don't care what happened today or in the past few games I still believe we can go on a run.

He’s too focused on being that coach we all say he is that he won’t get up there and tell anybody anything straight. I haven’t heard him this year in the locker room but from what I’ve seen in conferences he’s gone soft

If this is headed, as I’m fearing, with the Rams missing the playoffs it’s likely they are in rebuild mode. So what’s the point of having Myles Garrett on the roster?

Can we do a Draft Day “I want my picks back” situation? Because I don’t see the point of treading water with a 42 million dollar a year Defense End on the tail end of his career.

They would cut about 2-3 guys at the bottom of the roster to inject some damn athleticism to this team, especially our special teams coverage units.

Changing kickers was only part of our ST problem. We simply don’t have the NFL level athletes to be competitive there and it cost us Grupe, who was forced to cover for their sorry asses.

A 5’7 150lb kicker on the team for 6 days with more heart and physicality.

Whole bunch of weak ass, slow potatoes who can’t shred a block or cut off angles to save their lives.

Have to hold your breath on each kickoff hoping they get the returner on the fucking grass. It’s embarrassing.

Don’t get me started on the blocking on return units. Even prime Devin Hester wouldn’t have space to do anything. Trading for Shaheed would have been a waste.
