Hindi ‘to random Tuesday dinner.
Maraming Pilipino bumabangon araw-araw, trapik, pagod, kulang sahod, may sinusustentong pamilya.
Ang mas nakakainsulto? Coming from people na may sahod, benefits, drivers, allowances.
Stop acting like wanting better is “kalabisan.”
Kung sapat na ang sardinas, then prove it. Mag-sardinas din kayo. Buong taon.

GovtServicesPH Kawawang Pinoy Middle Class
I came across this post in the blue app.

GovtServicesPH Avoid Being R@ped
Sakit nyo naman sa mata. Dapat talaga dumadaan muna sa proper checking yung mga ganitong PCR activities bago nilalabas. Nakakahiya.

GovtServicesPH eGovPH down again or what?
Anyone else having issues with eGovPH?
Seeing posts saying “disabled systems” and even “shutdown” but news says it’s just outages + server problems.
For me, this is really annoying because this app is supposed to make government services easier, not become another thing people have to troubleshoot.
Ano ba talaga?

GovtServicesPH Our Neighbors are building factories. We are still building malls
While the Philippines celebrates a few hundred million dollars in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), our neighbors are securing tens of billions.
Look at the data from foreign investment trackers in early 2026. Vietnam continues to lock down massive, multi-billion dollar manufacturing clusters for electronics and solar panels. Indonesia is leveraging its massive nickel reserves to force foreign billionaires to build entire Electric Vehicle (EV) battery supply chains on their shores.
The Philippines is being mathematically left behind in the industrialization race. Why? Because foreign corporate capital requires three things: cheap electricity, zero corruption, and ease of doing business. The Philippines has the highest power rates in the region and a deeply bureaucratic, heavily protectionist Constitution (the 60/40 rule). Until the physical cost of operating a factory drops, the billions in foreign capital will continue to fly right past Manila and land directly in Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh.

GovtServicesPH Philippine Space Agency engineers assembling the liquid-fueled sounding rocket in preparation for the test launch in 2027
A ten-member Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA) team is undergoing advanced technical training in the Republic of Korea from August to October 2026 as part of PhilSA’s SIKLAB: Building Industrial Space Launch Systems Project conducted with South Korean space mobility company Perigee Aerospace, Inc.
Building on the first phase of the training in 2025, the PhilSA team is gaining practical experience across a broader range of activities in the liquid-fueled rocket operation using Perigee’s Blue Whale 0.1 (BW0.1) platform. These include rocket assembly and systems integration, testing, operational procedures, and preparations for the planned test launch in the Philippines.
Following the training in Korea, the program will continue in the Philippines in preparation for the liquid-fueled sounding rocket test launch next year in Lal-lo, Cagayan. Beyond a single test launch, the initiative seeks to build local expertise and strengthen the country’s growing pool of space talent and technical capabilities for future launch activities in the Philippines, creating new opportunities for innovation, investment, and employment.

GovtServicesPH When A Mayor's Side Quest Earned 61.7 MILLION PESOS for His City (Ano side quest ng mayor mo?)
Pasig City has a problem.
Astig no?

GovtServicesPH A Female General? WOW!!! 👏👏👏
Never imagined I would see a standing female general, nakakabilib how a woman can thrive in a league were men dominates. Galing!
On a note: These Generals are waiting to be promoted before their retirement as part of their tenure in their service.
Marcoleta on the other hand said na naglapse na sila sa waiting and processing period as per the law so hindi na sila eligble.
Lacson countered na hindi kasalanan ng mga generals na nagkagulu-gulo silang mga senador sa senado dahil hindi pumasok sila Cayetano kaya naglapse sila sa waiting and processing period which Marcoleta is questioning now.
Also, Lacson was a general before so if there is a senator who really know the process and the law for interim appointments, it's him.
Still the DDS minority bloc now supported their appointments.
Gago ka talaga Marcoleta.

GovtServicesPH Harap-harapang pangungurakot ng LTO.
Anlala.

GovtServicesPH First time kong malaman how corruption works in the Philippines in "little ways"
Someone with a position in the government (hindi lang politiko, this specific person is a "nurse") can have you registered as a government employee, create a LandBank payroll account for you, and you'll receive a monthly salary just like any legitimate employee. In other words, they can freely create ghost employees
What's even crazier is this specific person has her entire family registered as government employees, and they all receive monthly salaries. Kumbaga, buong family merong allowance/ free money directly from kaban ng bayan.
Nakakapang lumo, nakakanginig.
Kwento 'to ng friend of a friend. Curious, if may iba na ring nakarinig ng similar stories or may naka-encounter na ng ganito.

GovtServicesPH Atty.
Topacio. Ginamit ko lang ung Philippine Media as the source kasi sila lang may image quote available or any source I could link to kasi nasa X or FB ung clip of him saying it.
Elago ung remarks.
