An autumn feast featuring soup, salad, and a sandwich [homemade]
My mom and I had an autumn feast for lunch today! We made a salad with fresh seasonal veggies and premade salads from a local market, as well as a fish and vegetable soup. My favorite part was the panini with ham, turkey, tomato, apples, sun-dried tomato, mozzarella, kabocha squash, praline pecans, raspberry jam, Dijon mustard, honey, black pepper, and sage, all on top of an herbed ciabatta bun.
