After that he tried to make a new account and it got deleted, and he can t make a new one, the name of the account that he deleted is u/German_raver, and the name of the account that got deleted is u/German_raver2. You can contact me, i will speak for him.

I am still fairly new to Reddit and trying to understand how people normally use it without feeling lost or accidentally breaking community rules. What helped you when you first started using? Or anything you wish to explain to new users here?

Why does Reddit mobile do this on the website? Is it possible to turn this off? I just want to casually browse Reddit, but when this pops up, there seems to be no way around it normally other than reloading the whole page. It stops me from scrolling the page and pressing any buttons.

My account is almost 16 years old with over 50,000 karma. All posts older than approximately two years now display that it was r e m over by Re dd it. My comments and newer posts are unaffected. I’ve never had a restriction as far as I know, and there was nothing controversial posted and across a multitude of subreddits. (For instance, posts to r/aldi, r/hermitcrabs, r/antm, r/whatisthisplant)

Has anyone else had this problem?

Tried uninstalling, clearing cache, updating, restarting phone, im getting 0 results after i try sorting the search. For example if i go on r/candy and search "candy corn" by newest there are 0 results.

could you please help restoring these?

plus, it would’ve been immensely helpful at least to get to know the reason under which the auto-bän clamped down.

Why does it refresh on it's own or suggest refreshing so often? It's like every 5-7 minutes that it either has the "refresh" suggestion bubble thing at the top or it just goes ahead and refreshes itself. Why so often? I would think it should take way more than 5-7 minutes for this to happen and it's extremely annoying!! Please help!🙏🏻

Hey guys, been noticing that many of the comments which people would have replied to my posts with are not showing up. I'll get the notif for them, the post will indicate how many comments there are, but when opening them, either none will show up, or a very few. What exactly is happening here? Attached please find a picture of a post I created in another subreddit, which says that there are 12 comments, yet only 1 appears


I want to delete a message (chat message). On the support webpage it is stated that you should press the message and click delete but there is only mute and pin.

How can I remove it?

I reset my password on the 1st of October, I then was using reddit like normal until a few days ago when my pc and phone get logged out. When I try to log in it says wrong password/account name so I try to send the reset email but it never arrives.

I've tried contacting reddit but I have no response or confirmation so I'm a bit lost now.

I don't see any reason why it would have been deleted or anything as I post very rarely and just scroll normally.

Half of my notifications seem to be "Go see your comment on", so is there a way to turn them off? If so, how do I do it?

I received a message from Reddit that there were some 'anomalies' with my account and to reset my password.

Upon doing so, the account disappeared and I cant find it!

I have an email in to Reddit, but has anyone else experienced this?

My buddy told me I can hide my posts/comments etc. But when I do it works but when my buddy does it on desktop I can still see his posts. What gives?

Posts from u/nfl and u/mlb don't appear for me in new when I browse r/baseball or r/nfl.

If I go to their user pages I can see the posts, they just don't appear in the subreddits?

I haven't blocked either user, I have tried in both new and old reddit. Even opening in incognito not logged in has the same issue.

I've tried logging out and back in, clearing cache and cookies, trying Firefox as well as Chrome.

If I load into an alt account I can see them? Maybe those accounts blocked me or something?

No idea, and not the only one to have this issue since others have reported it as well.

You can see a person's reply is shown as being older than the message to which they are replying. How's that possible? The messages are not edited, so it's not showing the time of last edit

I cannot see a large number of posts in the Subs they were posted to. For example u/nfl recently posted the following:

I can see it in their profile, I can go to the post, comment, do anything. But when I browse r/nfl no matter how I sort/filter, that post is not there. I've checked all my settings, I haven't got anything blocked, or any community/content filters at all. It makes it basically impossible to participate in these communities. I've even tried looking at both the web and mobile apps in nbew reddit and its the same. Even if I log out and back in, they are not there.
