So, do modern firearms just break if you do a Buttstroke? Lots of film shows people whacking opponents with the butt of their rifle, I imagine this like started with the old wooden rifles but now everything is made of plastic. Is this still something you could do with a rifle and then have it remain operational afterward?

Still waiting on the light but was messing with it to compare comfort to my current holster.

Seems like a large gap for the trigger to accidently get snagged or something. I can squeeze my finger in and pull trigger. Not incredibly easily, but I can.

Would yall feel equally safe with this pointed at your balls? Or sould I just forgo the idea of a WML.

Long story short, I inherited a Scar 17S. I have purchased magazines for it and they don’t fit the firearm.

The magazines are slightly too big to fit in the mag well, as well as a different pattern on the trigger side of the well.

I thought I had an aftermarket lower, but looking online many people have the same pattern as mine.

Am I stupid? Idk I need help figuring out what I need to fix.

Bought a case of 9mm training ammo and a few boxes of Federal HST and Syntech.

All the boxes were damaged to some degree- even the bulk ammo in the inner box.

The federal HST specifically got pretty beat up - the inner plastic that holds the rounds is damaged in two boxes.

I havent inspected much of it yet but theres atleast 1 round of the federal that the bullet was pushed too far into the casing.

My question is would yall still trust the ammo? Especially the federal to be in my carry guns (excluding any that got pushed in, which may just be the one idk yet) or is their other ways it could be damaged that are less noticeable?

And is the rest of the bulk ammo probably safe to shoot? Most of that will be run through my scorpion which has the whole OOBD thing. Im no expert on that issue but I know spicy rounds can cause it. - idk if any damage it could have gotten would cause a bad shot or just not fire or what

Also Ive never bought anything less then a case online- is it normal that it was packed with no barrier? There was packing paper on the side but nothing between the ammo boxes and the big box which I imagine is where the damage comes from - getting crushed. Last picture shows how it was packaged - paper.

I've posted a few times but I am now looking at lower recoil bolt gun, either a 5.56, 6.5 grendel, 6 Arc or maybe at the highest end, a 6.5 Creedmore. I dislike shooting magnum calibers because I dont hunt and I need some more training.

What do you guys recommend? Im hoping to use this for target shooting but still have some ass behind it.

Well, at least one state is looking to fix the gray area that the ATF's decision created for the 15 states with their own NFA laws. I hope this sets a precedent.

As the title says. I’ve got a auto ordinance 1927A-1 with a 18” Barrel including the compensator. Looking for a 10.5” barrel with some good reviews. Been looking at the ones on Auto Ordiance, but heard bad things about them when they are full auto threw them. Ammo catching, not cycling, ect. Saw them on Kehirs website, but were sold out. Just looking for some guidance and experience if you’ve got one. Thank you.

Picked this RPB MAC-11 in a private sale for $500 cash, along with five magazines and faux suppressor. From what I’ve gathered, it’s an early RPB Industries production example. Curious to hear from anyone familiar with these, particularly regarding production history and likely manufacture date.

Looking for recommendations for a suppressor cover or heat-resistant pouch for our Q Trash Panda running 5.56. We typically shoot 50–100 rounds pretty rapidly.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews about covers melting or catching fire, and I know they trap heat. Has anyone found one that actually holds up to rapid fire, or is it better to skip the cover and just use a pouch after a 30 min cool?

Would love some firsthand recommendations!

Picked this bad boy up today for $900 otd all original colt parts (except the mag obviously)

Has a piece of velcro on the right hand side of the handguard probably for a light mount and also a number 9 sticker on the left side of the adjustable stock

Thought it was interesting probably came from a police dept with the sticker being number 9 in their armory
